I happened to come across a "behind-the-scenes" look at how a comic page can come to life. This particular page comes from Star Wars Legacy #1, Page 8. The artist is Gabriel Hardman, who's done a bunch of other comic work as well as worked on storyboards for movies like Inception. I like his stuff, and he threw up how this page came to life on his Tumblr.

For those of you graphically-inclined this may show you how a page can come to life, from layouts to the colours. he inks his own work, but someone else did the colours. Just something neat I thought I'd pass along.
