Man Overboard! Darth Vader spotted adrift in the Carribean

Littlest Apprentice

News today that Disney is looking to expand its interactive experience options. Everyone should know about how amazing the Star Tours features at Disneyland have been, but now, you don't have to visit the big park to immerse yourself in the glory that is Star Wars.

Instead, you just need to hang out on a boat.

Starting in 2016 Disney Cruise Lines is starting a Star Wars Day at Sea. While it seems that it is relatively family oriented, I know that some of our members wouldn't be beyond claiming that they had Benjamin Button disease to get in on a free Lightsaber training lesson from a Jedi Master.

You don't know the power of the MouseSide

He's more machine now than man, twisted and evil and chilling on the Fiesta Deck.

Good lord, those outfits, in that heat... I'd die. DARK LORD OVERBOARD! DARK LORD OVERBOARD!

I feel sorry for those guys, seriously :P

DV's suit is definitely climate controlled

I am going to attempt to go on the Star War cruise because well yes.

Yes I do feel pity for them wearing those outfits on the deck of a cruise ship. It's damned hot up there!

That costume would be ungodly hot

Oh geez, those cups on the stormtroopers are right in your face :P

Hmm, I see all too many problems but yes, why wouldn't you want to go on the cruise, who knows maybe much like the 501st boys I know they have fans installed inside those costumes. Id be finding a new career fast if they don't...

I think using the Force in shuffleboard is cheating :P

Wow,and all I was thinking was that the guy wearing the Vader costume was too small for it. They need to hire a guy that can actually fill it out properly, so it doesn't sag like that.

But yes, I suppose it would be hot in there. Probably more so in the all-plastic Stormtrooper costume, but I'd be willing to live with it for a life at sea as doing that. Seems like it would be fun, so long as it paid at least somewhat well.
