It was reported a week ago that Harrison Ford had badly injured his ankle on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII, in an incident that may have involved the Millennium Falcon.

Today, Several sites are reporting that his injury was in fact a broken leg, for which he has undergone surgery. He is said to be well and should be starting rehab soon.

While Ford may be missing 8 weeks or more on set, filming is continuing without him for now. Sources say he is doing well and is looking forward to getting back to work.
