Man, Disney has been pumping out some pretty good mobile games since acquiring the Star Wars license. Meanwhile, at Electronic Arts (the sole publisher for all other Star Wars games).....nothing. Well Battlefront 3.
Just re-make Jedi Academy as an EPVII tie-in EA. It's too easy.

Much more excited for this than the reskinned Clash of Clans that is Star Wars Commander. Tower Defense games are a ton of fun.
I wonder how much money they actually spend on making these apps. Guesses any one?
Less than they make off the rest of the franchise. They can afford to make these games, and charge nothing for them. They make their money off the other merchandise they sell, the TV shows, books, and they'll make an absolute killing when Episode VII is released.

I'm excited to see heavier console/PC games release, but I do love that Disney is staying busy with solid mobile licenses. I'm sure they'll recover the cost of this game from Rebels merch alone, not to mention the rest of the revenue stream.
Damn these windows phones and their ability to do things I need and not things I want!
I call BS... what does a Windows Phone do that you can't do on the other platforms?
