Coruscant Level 1313

So named because it is located one thousand, three hundred, and thirteen levels from the core of Coruscant, Level 1313 is distanced from the politics of the upper levels. Overlooking the chasm burrowing further into Coruscant’s core, one can watch freighters transporting their illicit cargo between levels. One misstep would send the careless careening into the bottomless pit, or aid the local gangs in staging “accidents.”

Weathered duracrete forms the retainer along the chasm wall, built in concentric rings that descend down an untold height. Strengthened with solid durasteel braces, maintenance has not been needed this far into Coruscant for a long time. Nevertheless, droids pre-programmed to fill in the cracks and crevices that might form in the walls float on repulsorlifts without drawing attention from the criminal gangs; themselves, being focused on their next smuggling operation or struggle for control over Coruscant’s scum-filled underbelly.

It wasn't hard to blend in. A human dominated environment well below the notice of even local law enforcement. If one needed to hide, level 1313 on Coruscant was a good place to do it. But that wasn't Blackhawk's purpose. He was supposed to find someone. His superiors wouldn't tell him much, only that his target could be a useful asset in the future. For now, Blackhawk chose not to be seen, and had taken the form of a human to assist in that.

Hard to find a target when you only have a location and a general description. Blackhawk was of course annoyed by the lack of information and even more so by the fact that his superiors either didn't have or wouldn't give him any further information. If they didn't have any additional intel, they shouldn't have sent him to begin with. If they were withholding it, then someone needed to be replaced. Either way, the lack of intel made this mission difficult.

His target was supposedly good at blending in. True as that may have been, everyone slips up eventually. For Blackhawk, that usually meant waiting in a bar until his target appeared.

Of course, being in gang territory meant that inevitably, someone would be dumb enough to attempt a mugging. As soon as the tiny sporting blaster came up, Blackhawk delivered a brutal, open palmed strike to his opponent's leg, adding a telekinetic blast behind it. His opponent fell instantly, the leg broken, his opponent's blaster clattering away. Blackhawk moved quickly, getting away and ducking into a nearby bar. Displays like that drew unwanted attention that he didn't need.

Lieutenant Colonel Lithar Andaris carefully observed the brawl between a gang member and with a person that was supposed to be a victim of mugging. Standing in shadows of level 1313 on Coruscant, where countless humans moved here and there to make their shady dealings, the member of Clan Odan-Urr could remain unnoticed himself, while watching a short lived fight. He would probably consider to be one of many brawls like that, as they happened in areas occupied by gangs regularly, but he noticed something unusual.

It seemed like if the target of the gang member had broken attacker's leg with one hit. However, the would-be victim that entered a nearby bar did not look like a particularly strong person. The man was maybe a little bit stronger than an average human, but definitely not a person able to break bones with a single strike.

There was something familiar to Lithar in the human's face, but the Lieutenant Colonel was unable to recognize the person. Still, as he had already completed his mission on Coruscant with success, he decided to investigate the matter and learn more about the mysterious man, despite the fact that he was aware that it was probably going to be a dangerous task to accomplish.

Undaunted with a perspective of a fight, Lithar Andaris followed the man into the bar. He ordered a non-alcoholic drink, in order to remain completely sober if anything went wrong, and looked around, while waiting to be served. Soon, he noticed his target and with a drink in his hand, he slowly moved to a table nearby the man, staying in shadows and trying to avoid detection. He sipped his drink slowly and observed his target. Then, he stood up, slowly walked behind the man, put out his DH-17 Blaster Pistol and put it at man's head.

"Would you mind explaining what happened outside the bar?" asked the Lieutenant Colonel.
