However, due to their age, The character bounced from owner to owner until they became a teenager. Having to endure horrible treatment during this time in their life, The character has lingering trust issues while carrying an absolute hatred toward slavers. If confronted with acts of slavery, they will most likely lash out in some way, regardless if it compromises their objective.

To The character, even the most random assortment of scraps from a junkyard can be used to create something useful. They has a knack for fixing things that are broken, and their confidence in this ability borders on arrogance, and if they fail to fix something, they are prone to fits of anger and annoyance.

The character has both been there and done that. They thinks they have seen every imaginable scenario of war and battle and survived it all, and that nothing can phase them. The daily grind has almost become too intolerable for The character and they are prone to lash out at anyone who attempts to coerce them into another adventure.

Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, The character will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. The character's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts them into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While they may not be the one to always start a fight, they will always see it through to its conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when The character initiates or accepts a challenge, they do not hold back.

While this martial focus helps bolster their prowess in close-quarters combat, The character is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.

The character looks at any problem they come across and instead of immediately complaining about it sets out to figure out a solution. They will work tirelessly to find workarounds or a solution, but can often overthink the resolution and come up with a "fix" that is actually more complex than needed. This driven approach to fixing problems can be helpful at times but grating at others when a simple "restart" would have accomplished the task quicker than re-programming the entire device.

The character, like most of their peers, has trained with a blaster though, just like any weapon, hates to use it. Instead, when forced to fight, The character will use their surgical scalpels and anesthetics (poisons) to attempt to injure and incapacitate opponents. This requires them to get extremely close to their attackers and leaves them vulnerable to more maritally-inclined fighters and ranged specialists.

The character doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement they make—be it combative, manipulative or otherwise—is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places The character two steps ahead of their peers. However, when plans go awry, The character often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be the line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.
