Equite 3, Equite tier, Clan Odan-Urr
Male Human, Mercenary, Ranger
Height: 1.95 m / 6'5" - Weight: 90.0 kg / 198 lbs
Age: 31 years - Right Handed
Physical Description

Compared to his smuggler days, Jon has taken on a more well-kept and respectable mien. His once raggedy beard is now trimmed and cleaned, though still taking up the majority of his lower face. His chocolate brown-hair has been combed and is now slicked back. His wild and unpredictable grin is now a sly smile that hides a keen intellect and a razor-quick tongue.

His skin is light, and his eyes dark blue. Heavyset, and tall for a human, he tends to take up space in a room, even without meaning to. Tattooed on the back of his right hand, written in a code few alive would recognize, is his birth name: Shane Argus.

Deceiver's Heir (General Aspect)

Jon Silvon is the grandson and protege of the Imperial Intelligence operative Jon Argus. Under his grandfather's tutelage, Jon Silvon learned everything there was to know about the arts of deception and manipulation.

Once upon a time, he used that skill set to lookout for himself, making a living in the criminal underworld as a confidence man and information broker. Now he puts them to use for the Brotherhood, hoping to carve his identity apart from his grandfather's legacy.

But a lifetime of lies and aliases has left him with a difficulty recognizing the truth when he sees it, in himself most of all. Jon's greatest fear is losing himself under all the lies, and forgetting the "real" Jon Silvon in the process.

I Am No Jedi, But I Know The Force (General Aspect)

Jon is no warrior-mystic or dark sorcerer, and given the choice he'll still rely on a trusty blaster over a lightsaber. But he can feel the Force around him now, and see the Galaxy in ways he once thought of as fairy tales, and he knows the importance of maintaining balance in the Force. He'll never be able to make objects fly with his mind or shoot lightning out of his hands, but he can sense the ebb and flow of the Light and Dark Sides, and has learned to hone that sense, and the abilities it brings. He can catch shadowy glimpses of the future and past, and react to danger a heartbeat before his death.

Sea Turtles, Mate (Personality Aspect)

Jon is an avid teller of tall tales, and willingly spreads misinformation about his own past and his skills. Many's the night he's spent in telling self-aggrandizing stories over drinks or a game of sabacc so that even his close friends have only a broad understanding of his past prior to joining the Brotherhood. Instead, a veritable legendarium of myths and half-truths about Jon's supposed exploits, many of them contradicting and all of them far-fetched, circulate throughout the Clans; even when a story wasn't crafted by Jon, more often than not he'll encourage any story he didn't start to spread.

This serves more purpose than just ego, however. It also ensures anyone who tries to learn about his skills and abilities will come away confused and frustrated, unable to form a coherent strategy for hunting the elusive rogue.

Bring Me That Horizon (Personality Aspect)

To Jon, life is about freedom, and there's not greater freedom than that which comes with captaining your own starship. He's traveled to as many corners of the galaxy as he can, and he has no interest in stopping before he's seen them all. He's mapped hyperspace lanes barely known and has a friend in every port. However, part of his soul longs for a home that's bigger than the hull of his ship.

Way Of The Outlaw (Combat Aspect)

Way he tells it, Jon picked up the basics of Sokan from a drifter years prior, and he's learned to apply them to a limited degree even when his lightsabers remain unlit -- which is often, when he has his way.

Rather than face an opponent on even ground, he'll always be on the move, turning any battle into a running fight, looking for positions of advantage and ways to gain the upper hand. However, this won't always pan out if the terrain is unfriendly, and both wide open spaces and cramped corridors can leave him vulnerable.

Way Of A Thousand Cuts (Combat Aspect)

Jon only ignites his lightsabers as a last resort. When pushed into combat, his opponents will instead find themselves targeted by a flurry of throwing knives, aimed with killer precision for vital points -- a skill that his newly burgeoning, if still very weak, abilities in Force prescience have only improved. More than one Force-user has discovered that deflecting a dagger with a lightsaber only results in molten metal landing in your face.

Of course, Jon can only carry so many daggers and still keep them hidden, and should they run out his opponents will quickly find that he's no slouch with his 'sabers either.
