Moraband Serpent

Little is known of this creature. The last known sighting was by Jedi Master Yoda during the Clone Wars when he visited Moraban. Records do not indicate what he said about it.

What records the Brotherhood have are spotty at best.

The beast ranges from 5 to 15 meters ( approx. 16 to 50 feet) in length. Is black or dark gray in color and has glowing red or yellow eyes. It is made up of numerous smaller serpents that continuously drop off and reattach to the main body or that it is covers in a dark black cloud like vapor that hides it true shape until it attacks.

The are vague and unsubstantiated reports of the serpent having psionic abilities and that it can cause hallucinations and the like.

It had burrowed under the sands waiting for prey. It is dark gray, long (20 ft), and slimy, upon its back, straight down the middle were two rows of sharp serrated spikes that lead into a mace-like tail. The creature had fangs as long as a Jawa and just as thick. It had drool dripping from its fangs that burned like acid leaving holes in the floor where it had dropped from its gaping mouth. If you manage to escape the fangs, the creature's breath could still knock you out as it smelled of death and rotting corpses left too long under the hot sun of Mustafar. The creature's eyes glowed bright red in the dark of the catacombs. One bite would leave you paralyzed but still alive and able to feel everything. It fed by swallowing you whole and sending you into its gullet to be digested. Its stomach bile would eat into you like the acid from its fangs burning through your skin and tissues, while you silently screamed until you were no more. Then the creature would disappear again, under the sands to wait for the next victim.
