In the game Plight of Zombies (there's a free version or trial for all mobile platforms) fight your way through all three free scenarios until you reach your final goal: level 10 on the third mission tier. As with all events of New Ties, the event states "Entire DJB," but is only open to Clan Naga Sadow and Clan Tarentum.
