Steps taken for this project: 1) Stencil shape on wood using a water pitcher. 2) Cut oval out using jigsaw. 3) Use table router to apply decorative bevel to edge. 4) Sand surface and stencil DJB logo on. 5) Use wood burner by hand at different temps to create the logo with different shades. 6) Apply stencil of "The Dark Brotherhood Thanks You" in Aurebesh. 7) Use wood burner to create the message. 8) Finish project with sealer and take final photo

Fictionally: The Holocron of Odan Urr was an artifact pilfered from the planet New Tython during its destruction. This holocron found its way into the possession of Clan Vizsla and was subsequently offered to the Principate as a show of good faith during negotiations.

A thoughtful gift for the Severian Principate from the Iron Menagerie. Made this by needle felting the wool of my own sheep! Except for the orange - had to borrow that color. Mine only come in natural hues. ;)

IC Explanation: A hand-tooled pen, turned from the heartwood of tropical wroshyr heartwood, native to Kashyykk. The timber, as hard as high-quality durasteel, was turned with proton-teethed bits, before being stained and finished. The pen is fitted with gold mechanisms and inlay, and writes in ebony-black ink. It was present at the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom Treaty, that ended the Galactic Civil War... although it went unused, as all signatures in that instance were signed via electronic stylus.

IRL Explanation: A cigar-type pen, turned out of Amaranth (purpleheart) wood over the course of several weeks, with gold-plated fittings. In-progress pictures are available, if needed.

The Brotherhood presents a Rainbow Holocron. Designed to be colorful and very un-sinister looking, the Holocron contains some surface level information on the Brotherhood and its history.

A basic pyramidical Holocron from the Archives of the Shadow Academy, its knowledge contains data recorded by several Grandmasters of the Brotherhood including Muz Ashen and Telaris "Mav" Cantor on the history of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.

This is an ancient black Kyber crystal knife given to the Severian Principate by the Brotherhood. (This is an actual obsidian knife and sheath handmade by me. The blade is translucent Oregon obsidian, the handle is wood-burned Beech found on my family farm, and the cowhide sheath is beaded with real wampum, glass and shell beads.)
