Wherever unrest exists, tensions can rise and grudges can form. As one wrongs another, the wish for revenge or a pound of flesh might lead one to great acts of violence. Some either lack the skill, will, or opportunity to cause such harm themselves. In this competition you will design a Wanted Poster for a Sadowan or a dissident. The award could be for a target living or dead. The price and terms are up to you.

Entries will be graded based on the Herald's Grading Rubric.
