While a lot of traffic has been moving to and fro in the Orian system, Orian Security has intercepted a lot of data, and at the order of the Consul have started to decode all transmissions. Due to the increased workload, contractors have been called in to wade through the data.

You have been tasked to finish decrypting this transmission. Please help contribute to system security in this time of uncertainty!

Placement will be based on the correct solving of the ciphered text and time elapsed between subscription and submission.
