Competition: You Can't Use an Old Map to Explore a New World!

Background:

Scholae Palatinae is moving to Seraph! Emperor Kamjin "Maverick" Lap'lamiz, not content to repeat the previous actions on Ragnath, where the clan shared space with an existing city, has decreed that a new city will be created to house the headquarters of Scholae Palatinae.

Objective:

There are two objectives required for this competition.

Map:

Utilizing the Medieval Fantasy City Generator or your free hand or other applicable program(s) create a map of a city large enough to house a massive headquarters for Scholae Palatinae.

This map should include a name for the city and key landmarks. Please see the (now destroyed) map of Caelestis City for reference.

Description:

Similar to the ACC Venues provide details relating to the city. The amount of detail is up to you but more detail is preferred. Below are examples.

• Geographical surroundings (by the water, near mountains, in the middle of fields of grain)
  
• Style of buildings (is it Greco/Roman, Renaissance, Industrial, Post-Modern)
  
• Weather and Climate (is it prone to hurricanes, are the winters bitter, etc.)

Scoring:

This competition will be graded on the following:

• Syntax - 10%
  
• Originality - 15%
  
• Quality of Details - 25%
  
• Suitability for Scholae Palatinae as a Headquarter City - 50%
