Many seats are up for grabs, and it seems that everything from political organizations to species enclaves, to minor noble houses want in on this new council. The streets are a buzz with talks of this government breaking the mold in the Vatali Empire. The governor has warned you all to stay on your toes, talking cryptically of how political discord leads to nightfall.
