Competition: Kel Rasha - To The Hunt

Specifics

There is a faction with ties to Kel Rasha that has knowledge of the terrain and environment around the city that may be useful to us in future clandestine operations around the city. However, they first require that we prove our worth by slaying a powerful creature and bringing them evidence of our success.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to hunt down one of the Nexu-like creatures that inhabits the jungles near the city, kill it, and recover evidence to show to this faction.

Any writing platform that can be opened in Microsoft Word or notepad.

Details

This is a fiction competition. It requires at least 500 words, and will otherwise be judged on creativity and continuity. The competition will run for roughly a week. Awards are third level Crescents for the top three participants.
