Locke has completed four events in the second phase of the Dark Crusade and took charge in the team event in chapter three making sure his team's submission was finished. He also managed to win a Silver Nova in one of the events.

For his efforts in the final phase of the Crusade I would like to award Locke this Dark Cross.
