I'm honored to be writing this recommendation for Konar. As a long time member of CNS he has done a lot of gaming over the years, and he also has offered a fresh perspective and generated interest and activity in games we don't often play, such as Star Wars: Squadrons.

Since his previous promotion 18 years ago, Konar has completed 67 legacy PvP matches and 88 gaming activities. He's earned 732 Clusters of Fire, 453 of Earth, and 6 Pendants of Blood from that.

He has also participated in 51 competitions, for which he has won 1 Diamond, 2 Ruby, 9 Amethyst, 10 Sapphire, 5 Emerald, and 1 Topaz Crescent for his efforts, for a total of 28 Crescents. Konar has also had an ongoing presence in vendettas and helped CNS place by earning 5 Seals of Memories, 1 of Alliances, 1 of the Crusader, and 2 of Revelation.

Konar also completed 19 Shadow Academy courses and received the Dark Maven in Combat degree this past year.

He has also been awarded a Seal of Loyalty and his efforts to support the club show in his work to get people interested in gaming activity. He can frequently be found in gaming channels trying to organize groups to play, and he was a big part of a recent revival in interest in Squadrons which saw weekly meetups on that game that included members across the club. Part of his effort has been running two competitions recently for Squadrons, which saw entries from 13 different members for a total of 16 entries.

Konar also received a total of eight Anteian Crosses over this time period, and two Dark Crosses. These Anteian Crosses reflect not only his activity over the years (including his recent resurgence!), but also indicate he was an active BTL back in 2005 and 06, promoting activity and keeping up regular reports. These awards also speak to his activity in Brotherhood and Clan channels. These awards also reflect that he has run many competitions and assisted the clan with leadership tasks such as judging runons, including one that included 47 posts for 29,818 words.

Since his return Konar and I have been able not only get to know one another, we have had solid talks about career goals. We have been able to get in and do quite a few gaming activities together especially on the FIST's Saturday Night Squadrons. Konar is a solid pilot and wingman, more importantly he is a solid member of the Clan.

It is always a pleasure when members ask advice and want to succeed. Konar has taken that initiative and laid out a plan to do just that. Now look I am commenting on a promotion request!

Konar is an individual that I find pleasant to be around and hang out with when gaming. I have had the opportunity to fly alongside him in squadrons and talk over discord to coordinate where to fly and what to attack. He also doesn't seem to mind to much even if I mess up. I believe that he has reached the stage where he is no longer a knight, but now a full-fledged equite! Congratulations on your promotion and new found powers. Konar has been a pretty decent guy in my experience. I have flown beside him in Squadrons, and from everything I have seen he has been a prettty upright guy. He is postive and an enjoyable member to have around. Both before as Consul, and now as a FIST Praetor, I have seen him about, more than willing to fly with whomever is playing together in the club.

Examining his dossier and his activity assessment, I see no reason to add my voice in support of his promotion. I for one am very pleased to see you make the next step, and excitedly look forward to seeing what further heights you will achieve, Konar. Congratulations, Konar. We will be watching. :D
