I'm honored to be writing this recommendation for Sato.

Looking over our roster, our records indicate that Sato has 3490 Medal XP, which qualifies him for a Grand Cross. Sato has participated in 19 competitions since his last recognition (as far as the site knows, since that was in 2006!), and he has earned six crescents, six Scrolls of Foundation, and five Legion of the Scholar in that time. He also passed 42 SA courses and gained 11 degrees!

It's long overdue we award Sato, and I'm glad to finally get it done. Although I don't know him that well, I'm happy to have him on our roster.
