Since his last medal back in February '23, Doon maintained a steadfast presence and activity within and for Arcona as both a member and a leader. In those 11 months, Doon organized 8 competitions (plus a coorg in there for good measure), and participated in an additional 35 (which comes up to 44 if one includes containers and brackets). Of those, he placed in 9 as evidenced by his collection of Crescents plus 1 Silver Nova from GJW XVI, in which he took part in 11 of the War's competitions. 27 fiction activities across both regular fictions and roleplaying activities tallied up to 47,451 words of fiction, which further earned him 4 ranks in the Inquisitorius, 11 in the Envoys as a Participant, and 4 as an RP organizer. He earned from that and his other activity: 96 Clusters of Ice, 14 Clusters of Earth, and 4 Clusters of Graphite.
Outside of the more easily tracked activity was his work as a Battleteam Leader for the Voidbreakers in House Qel-Droma. Doon "Soft Paw" Sulvir kept the team trucking along during a period of intense leader turnover, maintaining a familiar face and continuity for his team. Further, his efforts through RP and his Mines of Riquis event continued the story and legacy of one of the most consistent and constant Battleteam names in contemporary Arconan history. Doon also tackled his own shortcomings over the past year, improving his presence and systems as a BTL that had him entering the new year looking far better than the last annual turn, and showing great potential for what's yet to come. Beyond that, as Ood points out in his dossier note for Doon, the Shistavanen also assisted the Chamber of Justice with a selection of inquiries related to an otherwise undisclosed complaint, making him pivotal not just for his own unit, but giving him impact — however small or large — to the Brotherhood as a whole.
Doon's work doe not go unnoticed, and I look forward to seeing what he and the crew of the Voidbreaker II get up to next. Congratulations, Doon! Thank you for doing what you do!

Growing into leadership is a process, one that Doon has spent his tenure working on to new and greater heights. It takes courage to admit one doesn't know something and to ask for guidance, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge his doing so, and in turn doing better for his team for it. Captain Softpaws has been actively engaging with the furriest crew regularly, written new reports, planned and run an event, and guided his team through an RP built around it. On the administrative side, these efforts have also including engaging with the XP system to write and submit several award and promotion recommendations and engaging in summit discussions. Doon, you have genuinely improved, and Voidbreaker is stronger for it. Keep doing better, and keep building those stories for your people, but know your work is seen and appreciated. Well done.
