Primary reason: As his Master and Quaestor, I feel that Riv "Rage" Monn's promotion is overdue. he has been extremely active in many run ons, including The Battle of Jagred, The CNS BT Feud, Huntin' Jedi, and others. He has passed one more SA course, earned 9 clusters of fire, communicates well on IRC and via email, and has served as a BTL leader several times. He is eager to work, and is a good student to have. He has completed his final task for promotion to Guardian, which was earning 2 merit awards as a Protector to my satisfaction.

He did earn 2 Cluster of Fire, did a Shadow Academy Course and writes in several forums since he moved over to Naga Sadow - he also shows presence on the IRC and communicates via email. Since his promotion to Protector he got several awards - 9 Cluster of Fire, a Dark Cross, a Dark Side Scroll, a Star of Antei, 2 Seals of Conquest and had been appointed BTL several times.
