Primary reason: James has been active and present from his first day in the club back in late July, interacting with me and other members as he's grown in his experiences in the Brotherhood. As his master and his superior, my job has been so far to encourage James through the journeymen ranks and to allow him the experience that he needs to continue forward in the Dark Brotherhood. James has been one of a handful of very active in the House through the past several months. He's been present in club-level competitions such as [Voice] Extraction, represented Revan in the massive inter-house RO "Shards of a Lingering Darkness", and has transitioned from merely participating in the House Trivia each month to taking the helm of Revan's Trivia Ladder by generating questions and grading submissions. His interaction with newer members affects this House in a valuable way, encouraging them to pursue higher ranks as James has helped cover for the periodic absences of other House leaders. He's participated heavily in competitions and communications inside of the House Summit, taking on new projects and assisting both Callus and I as a means of learning new aspects of leading in this club, and he has taken charge of his own progress towards DJK, requiring little to no prompting to complete the tasks given to him.

His presence in gaming events has contributed to the fact that House Revan has been named Gaming House two months in a row. He has also been significantly active on IRC since his joining on August 4th, 2011, regularly sparking conversation with myself and other leaders in the club as he seeks to understand the Brotherhood better.
