As the Quaestor of House Arcona, Zandro has been a fantastic role-model; he leads by example and heâs always willing to help members, regardless of time constraints or the complexity of issues. He has, alongside myself, constructed and orchestrated the Communication Breakdown Run-On as well as using his spare time to fictionally develop Arcona. He was the driving force, along with the previous Quaestor of Tarentum, Ronovi, in the Operation Plain Sight House Feud, in which Arcona dominated and subsequently won through no other means than his exquisite leadership, drive and inspiration. He has written the overview of the operation and he is also heavily involved in the fictional development of Arconaâs âOperationâ system.
Perhaps one of his most influential projects of late is that of the âOperationsâ system, wherein, every month, alternating between Quaestor and Aedile, a new âOperationâ is released, giving some meaning to the competitions within the house, rather than just simple, inapplicable competitions that hold little weight. He has single-handedly constructed this concept and implemented it within the house. Not only are members encouraged to participate, but, in the event of winning, they are written into the permanent Arconan history, really giving an extra edge to the whole construction and giving members something more than a crescent to aim for, all of which was his idea. He has solely taken hold of the Arcona Contract Bureau, offering contracts to the entire house, requiring a significant amount of time and effort in the construction and writing of their contract introductions and he has taken a great deal of time in really making sure that the members are engaged, moving away from the traditional competitions and implementing new and exciting ways for Arconans to be involved. This entire month, he has been writing competitions, judging, releasing results and writing up the final drafts including the winners of the competitions single-handedly.
He has, in the view of the summit, shown considerable dedication to Arcona as a whole, adding another dimension to the development of Arcona and really acting as a bastion of the summit. He has proved to be more than a leader, but a real asset to the House; exemplifying how far he is really willing to go to fully engage the members of Arcona. He is a role-model to Arconans and other Quaestors alike and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty for the House - it is for this reason that I request that he be rewarded with a Steel Cross.
