I always find it a surprise when I look over the ATRs and see Talosâs. Heâs such an unassuming yet integral part of the House that one often loverlooks the sheer amount of time and care he puts into a job. Iâll save the âHeâs so awesomeâ stuff for the summit, and get straight into the nitty-gritty. Since his last promotion, he has served as Qel-Droma Aedile for 5 weeks, House Arcona Rollmaster for 7 weeks, won three Trivia Comps (two Clan and one DB-wide, respectively), worked closely with Driftan Housan to produce an insanely detailed background to the Shadesworn Initiative, allocated current points to all members of the House under said Initiative, created ATRs for all the journeymen on one handy Excel doc to help future RMs, helped Marick delâAbbot put together Oblivion Brigade BT, Participated in the Disorder Vendetta, notably the ID Scan Week 3 (which he managed to place in), revamped and maintained his own wiki page, helped House Odan-Urr with its X channel registration, helped said new House by writing a fictional description of its Capital, participated in the Arcona/Tarentum RO âThe King and the Godsâ, wrote a fiction for Oblivion Brigade just for something to do, participated in the Operation: Junkyard DB-wide RO, took the GMRG SA course and was inducted into the Guard, and on top of that helped get Wuntila and Marick promoted by writing promotion recommendations. This list on its own warrants a promotion, however on top of this he is always around to help the summit out with various menial tasks that nobody wants to be saddled with, but he accepts them with affable grace and always produces results in a timely manner. He never causes trouble or strife for the summit or the DC, is always there to give a helpful pointer or two to newcomers to Arcona and constantly suggests new ideas and ways to help improve Arcona. This man needs recognition, as it has been over 6 months now since his last promotion. Well done, that man. â Sashar Arconae.
Talos is perhaps one of the nicest, most genuine individuals within Arcona, and possibly within the Brotherhood itself. His dedication to duties is unfaltering and he is always willing to give one-hundred and ten per cent. Not only is this exhibited in all of the attributes listed above by Sashar, but it is also present in all areas of input. Within the Arcona-Tarentum Run-On âThe King and the Godsâ, Talos made specific arrangements to take himself out of his comfort zone fictionally, and personally, writing alongside some of the esteemed members within the Tarentum roster. He is more than willing to help, as mentioned by Sashar, with the untouchable subjects that very few are willing to complete and he does so with such willingness that it is hard to call him anything other than a members of Arconaâs immediate family. Not only has Talos completed the aforementioned projects, he is also an integral part of Arcona and someone that would be noticed if missing. For his exceptional dedication to his role within Arcona, his membership within the Dark Brotherhood and for the eclectic range of projects he has helped to complete with such precision, I am more than happy to recommend Talos DâTana for the rank of Sith Warrior . Talos has been a valued and valuable member of Arcona for a while now, a fact that can sometimes be ignored because of his nature to stay in the background, working away. It is an attitude that is sadly lacking at times in the rest of the House, and it is an attitude that I feel deserves reward. He works hard and he does it without grumbling or holding his hand out waiting to be given a treat for every little thing he does. Heâs timely, devoted and a nice guy in the bargain, but still that isnât enough for Talos who then has the audacity to go out of his way to help out new members, work on new ideas with the summit as well as helping out when needed in roles such as Rollmaster in an official capacity. The cheek!
Talos has been and is a fantastic member of Arcona; truly devoted and willing to put in more than his fair share of time and work for the betterment of the House. It has been too long since he has been fortunate enough to be rewarded for his work as has already been mentioned, and I can think of no-one more deserving than he. Talos, youâre fantastic and I hope you stick around for a long time as Arcona will need people like you now more than ever. Many congratulations, thoroughly deserved.
