I can't begin to say enough for Ashura. Since coming over to CNS he's been one of our most active and enthusiastic members. He's created competitions, mentored new members, done wonders for our envoy system and is now Aedile of House Marka Ragnos where he continues to excel by pushing his people to greater activity not from the rear like a lot of leaders tend to do but rather from the front by participating in everything put before his house. Honestly it seems as if Ashura can't do enough to make sure that his house and clan are as successful as possible. It is with great pride that I hereby recommend his promotion.

Since returning from his semi hiatus, SW Ashura Isradia has been, quite frankly, an example for all in the Equite ranks to follow and emulate. His tireless enthusiasm for the Dark Brotherhood is matched only by his devotion to his duties. As Rollmaster of CNS, I have had nothing but support from him as he upholds the office of Clan Envoy, and now most recently Knight First Class Envoy, as he personally contacts every new member with zeal and fervor. Ashura not only welcomes the new members with open arms, he gives them vital information crucial to their smooth integration into the clan and enjoyment of the activities therein, ensuring they feel as if their valuable time is well spent. He has mastered the art of delegation, making sure that the House Envoys in his charge feel responsible within their own duties while giving them autonomy in their decision making, a vital component of leadership. Further, he fulfills his duties as House Aedile of Marka Ragnos with a quiet dignity, supporting his Quaestor while giving his House's membership a fine example of leadership. An elevation for Ashura would reflect well upon the Dark Brotherhood, showing the club's appreciation for members who devote their time and ability towards the betterment of others around them. Since his last elevation on 1/17/07, Ashura has shown himself to be the pinnacle of excellence in this Clan. His performance as Envoy has been outstanding, to the point of him being recognized with the rare Knight First Class title. In fact, he is the best damn Envoy I have ever seen, hands down. I find him to be witty, innovative, motivated, easy to talk to, and sincerely concerned with ensuring that the new members are well taken care of. As well, his service as AED of HMR has been exemplary even in the short time he has been at it. The House was lagging just a bit when we switched the leadership, and he picked it right up with fresh ideas and an excellent work ethic. He has also served as CMD, earned a gold nova, 12 seals, a steel cross, a dark cross, 2 CrS, and 36 CFs. Quite simply, he is one of the best, most motivated, and brightest Clan members. Shin'Ichi and I are tickled pink with him, and we and the entire CNS Summit wish to reccomend that he be elevated for his excellent service to this Clan and the DB as a whole.
