Vally has been a cornerstone for this clan as long as I have known him weathering all the storms the clan and Ziost have faced with out complaining or asking for any reward. He consistently helps the summits come up with new ideas, is a master recruiter consistently bringing new life to the clan and is also one of the few people representing our house in multi player combat. This is one of the fine members that is consistently overlooked for promotions and awards and I would like to correct that with this well deserved promotion. Although she occassionally gets rewarded independently for large projects, its the small things that she consistently does for me that take the pressure off - all the MTs she runs and the character development competitions etc - if I gave her a medal everytime she ran one of those for me, her cupboard would have no space left for coffee!
