DarkHawk has grown exceptionally as a leader. He is willing to learn and strives hard to make his House a place people feel welcome and can have fun. During the past few months he picked up when his Quaestor couldn't due to real life constraints and really helped keep his house moving forward.
During the Rite of Supremacy he emailed his house almost daily, encouraging and motivating them forward. He also heavily inspired them in chat, sharing with them the events he had participated in and motivating them to participate as well.
DarkHawk spent 6 months as Aedile of House Shar Dakhan and was promoted to Quaestor these past 4 months. Prior to that he was Battle Team leader of the Night Hawks for 8 moths. He has also spent the past 11 months a an Appeals Panelist.
He has organized or co-organized 12 comps and participated in 52 comps on his own. He has passed 40 SA courses and gained 11 degrees.
He's received 14 Crescents, 77 Clusters of Ice, 14 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Scroll of the Master and 1 Seal of Wrath and 12 Seals of Fury. He has earned an Anetian Cross as well.
Per the Justicar:
DarkHawk volunteered to create a summary reference document covering key information for all 59 CoJ cases. He completed the fairly tedious and detailed task quickly and did a great job with it. I expect it will be very helpful to me in the future. - Adept Dacien Victae
It is with great pleasure the I recommend DarkHawk for this promotion to Equite 3. Well done!

All of my Dark Brotherhood leadership experience wants me to gather metrics for promotions and awards. We want to be able to put hard numbers and facts in our recommendations because that is what speaks the loudest. But the problem is that sheer numbers cannot encapsulate DarkHawk’s contributions to the House Shar Dakhan.
It’s the little things he does every single day that pushes us all collectively forward, from his daily morning greetings to the little conversations he has throughout the day that make the members of the House feel individually accepted and supported by him.
As the recently stepped down Quaestor of the House Shar Dakhan, DarkHawk ably served as my Aedile. There were many, nigh uncountable times when I didn’t have the time to do a task or hold a conversations and he did not hesitate to complete those tasks in my place. He never complained, he never felt unappreciated or put upon. I was the leader of the house, but he was coaching me. His concern was always for my well-being.
DarkHawk through his constant, supportive presence has become the heart and soul of House Shar Dakhan and I can think of no one more deserving of elivation to the status of Sith Battlelord.

What isn’t to be said about DarkHawk? The man is fantastic, both as a leader and as a mentor. He guided me on my path to Knighthood and will now guide House Shar Dakhan into a great future. Even now he is planning a group discussion with House Shar Dakhan in order to move forward in a direction that satisfies the House. DarkHawk is the rare leader that truly cares for his subordinates. He is approachable and efficient when presented with a problem. I recommend DarkHawk for promotion to Equite 3.

I have worked with some interesting and effective folks during my time in the Brotherhood. Of those, Takagari certainly stands out. He is always willing to step up, and to step forward. When he has a question, Darkhawk has never hesitated to come to myself or Ashia in order to set his course straght. Making great efforts to support his house as Aedile, Darkhawk has put the same heart- and more- into his new role as Quaestor
His heart is in every job and position that he has found himself in. One of the first things that DH did upon his appointment was to begin sketching out how to integrate House and Clan visions together to form a more cohesive and complementary whole. If the past is anything to go by, Darkhawk will bring an extraordinary drive and an infectious energy to House Shar Dakhan. For this man, the sky is the limit. I cannot think of any better way at the moment to recognize his contributions than to add my voice in support of Darkhawk's promotion to Battlelord.

Since taking a leadership role this year in HSD he has been a heavy influencer and participatant in all things Shar Dakhan. Working with him has been absolutely fantastic. He has been extremely approachable, a great sounding board for ideas and has kept our leaders new and old motivated and working hard on making our house a better place. I really appreciate all of his hard efforts to increase House participation and to encourage our members to work together. One could even say that DH has been the glue that holds us together. More like concrete really and I feel that this promotion couldn't come at a better time. Well done sir!

I have observed a lot in my time across various leadership positions within Clan Naga Sadow. There are members who want to help set the stage to help others to shine. There are those who have a desire to give back to their Clan. There are those perfectly happy to just chill out or those who are possessed by an overwhelming desire to give back in any way that they are able.
Between the record evident on his dossier, and chats which stretched between Kojiro and our Clan's collective leadership team, it appears that Koji is in the latter category. The youngest Keibatsu has been focused on trying to craft an engrossing House story between his two month tenure as Aedile of House Marka Ragnos and the eighteen months he spent as the Quaestor of the same. He has attempted to closely tie his House's story to the larger Clan narrative and to engage closely with his members. Koji crafted a variety of competitions for his House and Clan, including Below Zero for CNS, Exsanguination for the A New Dawn HMR series, Sanctuary for the same series, as well as a fun acronym comp and a competition where members of Clan Marka Ragnos could name the new ships of the now-mobile HMR fleet. Most recently, he set up The Long Road series of competitions to try to keep things rolling for House Marka Ragnos. He also wrote 16 reports to keep his members in the know.
But that's not all!
Koji has taken part in 100 competitions since his last promotion. Particularly notable in this is the fact that during the recent Rite of Supremacy, he was one of three Sadowans to take part in all of the Rite's bins. More notable than this: he took part in every competition that he was able to. As in every one available to him. This earned him 29 Seals of Fury, a Gold Nova and a Bronze Nova. This is comparable with his activity in the last Great Jedi War, during which he also succeeded in participating in all bins, as one of only six of our number to do so in that War. For all that effort, he was able to score a sweet Bronze Nova at the time and 27 Seals of Wrath. He was also recognized with a Grand Cross following the War as a result of dedication/excellence during the event.
He also later received a Steel Cross for his activity, service beneath the Regent and in particular his 100% participation rate in a Clan event at the time. By the way, was a fairly regular occurrence for Kojiro when Clan events came about. More than just sticking out in War time, Koji has shown a spirit of go-get-em that lead Sanguinius and myself to select this Keibatsu as one of our two members to receive a Seal of Loyalty for the 2017 May the 4th Celebration. We wanted to be sure to recognize his tenacity. Let me spell this out: with his 2 Legions of the Scholar and his 12 Crescents- 2 with Ruby Stars, 4 with Sapphire Stars, 5 with Emerald Stars, and 2 with Topaz Stars- Koji has received a placement for over one in ten of his competition entries since his last promotion. Oh, and it is worth pointing out that he also organized 35 competitions for his fellow members.
His activity has stretched across gaming, with 9 PVP matches and 42 PVE activities. This netted him 7 Pendants of Blood, 17 Clusters of Fire and 495 Clusters of Earth. He also engaged in a neat bit of fiction with 13 fiction activities and 9 ACC battles. He has written up over 10,000 words. 8171 of these words were from fiction activities and 2862 were stretched over 5 run-on posts. This added to his pile of shiny bits, earning a not-to-be-scoffed-at 52 Clusters of Ice. Speaking of creative things, I would be remiss if I failed to account for the 47 Clusters of Graphite he ground out over 14 graphics competitions! He has also kept working through Shadow Academy content, having passed 12 courses and thus completing another 3 degrees in the SA society. He earned, not just a Maven, but both a Savant and a Sage degree. Beyond his time as Aedile and Quaestor in CNS, he has also been recently serving the Regent's office as a Magistrate for the last eight months.
Looking back at his history since his previous ascension up to the 3rd rank Equites, I believe it is time for Kojiro Keibatsu to be elevated among his peers to the final tier of the Equite ranks. I hope you enjoy the new skill points and the perks of your new rank. I hope that all Sadowans will join me in celebrating Clan Naga Sadow's latest EQ4. Congrats! Now, drinks are on you, Reaver!

I have seen in my time, a strong drive to reach for the stars and beyond in Kojiro. He was one of the members I had chosen to become an Aedile when I had served as Quaestor. When I had stepped down, he stayed on and eventually became a Quaestor himself. I have seen him work on several ideas and ways he could help steer Marka Ragnos fictionally and he has come up with some awesome work. I hope to see what he has in store in the future and I am pleased to assist in recommending him for a promotion. Congratulations!

I have typed, deleted and retyped this a half dozen times now, because I feel that what I am writing doesn't quite adequately cover my thoughts on the matter. Koji is a character. Not in the way that we all have characters, or in the way that we all have personalities, but in the way he engages with each and every one of us. Simultaneously frustrating and endearing, I sometimes wonder if his actions are a carefully plotted out scheme.
He drew this old retired Grand Master out of the woodwork and made me want to get involved as Quaestor again, just to help him steady the house and help train him as a replacement. He's done the same to my wife, a former consul. He writes people like Syntari into copious amounts of fiction at the precise moment where it was needed, bringing them back into the fold kicking and screaming just as they were happy to be fading into obscurity. He challenges the status quo with ridiculous ways, suggesting ideas that are so patently absurd that it makes us question exactly why they are absurd. In so doing, he makes us refine our own ideas and stories. And he does this all while maintaining a high level of presence in positions, serving on summits and on staff for Dark Councilors. He does the boring work without drawing attention to it, holding down the jobs for the sake of stability, to keep the machinery running smoothly, and to show the junior members how it is done, how it should be done from a sense of duty rather than as a way to seek fleeting glory. It's a fine line to tread between iconoclasm and tradition, but Koji pulls it off like a tightrope walker.
It has been a fun ride so far, watching him learn and grow through the lens of the Brotherhood, and I am proud to recommend Kojiro Keibatsu for the fourth and final Equite rank. Your training is almost complete, my friend. The path only gets harder from here. I look forward to watching you achieve it.

I am writing this recommendation as the former Consul of Naga Sadow, for whom Kojiro worked for as Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos for 12 months. During that time, Kojiro has worked to create a stable and active House. This showed during the most recent Great Jedi War, where over half the House competed in the GJW and outscored their sister House, House Shar Dakhan by 3-1. Koji has always felt the need to lead from the front, mentoring new and returning members, always going for 100% in events while encouraging his members to join him in doing so. He has also shown diligence in crafting a story line for his House and dealing with my Lotus loving ways as an Iron Throne loyalist. While I can't hate him for having a stick up his bum for loving the Iron Throne and the homicidal tendencies of the occupants of said Throne, he has done well in helping to craft a story line that saw a potential civil war within Naga Sadow brew. He has also mentored members such as Armad and Syntari, helping to reignite the passion that Syntari has for the Brotherhood.
It is good to see Kojiro reach the final rank of the Equites. His hard work as Quaestor, his drive to help others and the need to torment the Voice staff with his character sheet changes have helped Naga Sadow move forward into the future. I look forward to seeing what he brings to the table moving forward.
Congratulations!
Professor Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar, 2018-10-05 04:56:08 UTC
I have watched Koji grow as a leader and as a member of the brotherhood. His time as Quaestor alone has shown incredible growth as he strives to inspire his house in competitions. His presence on Telegram is seen as jovial and fun as he engages in conversation with everyone from talk of DB and Star Wars to other interests we all share.
He really takes his job seriously. He spends a lot of time creating story lines and comps for his house they can be excited about. It truly is remarkable to have watched this young leader grow and learn. He strives to improve himself and his house and really tries to connect with his members.
Koji leads by example, always participating in clan wide and DB wide events and giving it his all. He shows the newer members what can be achieved by working hard and is always readily available to answer any questions anyone has.
He has been an invaluable asset to Naga Sadow. Always willing to weigh in on any discussion and bring forth ideas to help us build the clan up.
With everything that Koji has done and continues to do not only for his house but for Naga Sadow it is with great pleasure that I recommend Koji for this promotion to Equite 4. He has worked very hard for this and has definitely earned it.

I am delighted to recommend Emere Galo for promotion from the rank of Runner to Courier. Despite struggles in her life outside the Brotherhood, she has completed all of the requirements to advance within our ranks.
In addition to completing the required fourteen days in rank, Emere has begun to stand out in Arcona. She is an active presence in the Arcona Telegram channel and has participated in ten competitions out of the five required of her. Of these competitions, five of them were for the Rites of Supremacy: Meridian. She has also co-organized two competitions of her own, including a graphics competition with fellow Battleteam member Tali Sroka. Finally, Emere has taken her first steps into the world of fiction writing by having an approved character sheet on her dossier.
I look forward to seeing all the amazing things Emere will inevitably do in her future with the Brotherhood. Keep up the hard work!
