Jalen Ramz has become one of our most active Journeymen ever since he joined Tarentum, creating a name for himself in multiple areas. First and foremost, he's a gamer, having earned 68 Clusters of Fire and an elevation to rank II in the GMRG as of the writing of this request. He's been active on IRC and Teamspeak as well, actually joining the crew for some ToR events on TS before he even hit the rank of Novice. He's also begun to flesh his character out more on the fictional side of things, recently submitting and receiving approval for a character sheet from the Voice. Finally, he's participated in three competitions thus far in his short career in the DJB. When taken together, I expect great things from Jalen Ramz because he's proven he's capable of them. For these reasons, I cannot recommend him enough for the rank of Guardian. Congratulations, Jalen, and keep at it - that saber will be yours soon!

There is two types of people. The ones who take the easy way out, and the ones who work for what they’ve earned. Justin is definitely one of those who has worked for what they’ve earned.

Although Justin is very busy and has spent a good chunk of time at Defender, more than the required time, he has been active still and worked his way up to Padawan. Along with being social in other Brotherhood aspects, Justin has also been seen popping his way into the house IRC and the Voice server, making sure he checks in with his fellow Jedi when he can. On top of that, he has made sure to join competitions and has placed in 5 of them; earning himself 5 crescents in 3 months! Many of these crescents are from Brotherhood wide competitions, which just makes it even more impressive. One of this competition placements also earned him 7 Clusters of Ice; 5 of which he needed toward his promotion to Padawan.

His amazing activity within competitions has also landed Justin a Dark Cross, his first merit award; a very well deserved one. It’s not often a Journeyman has activity such as this. He has also kept himself active within the Shadow Academy, doing a number of courses to up himself into rank 3. To finish it off, Justin finished off his 1000 word character fiction; approved by his master some time ago.

I would like to recommend Justine Wayne for promotion from Defender to Padawan; also having his master’s blessings with this promotion. There’s no one else more known about how busy Justin is and how much desire he has toward learning more about the Brotherhood and both Seraphol and I are happy to see Justin get his way up here.

I wish to nominate Justin for promotion to Padawan. Despite having a difficult RL schedule, Justin remains an active member of our House. He jumps on IRC to stay in touch, he jumps in for competitions and email discussions on a good basis, and remains a friendly, top example of what we expect from our members. He has earned Crescents with Amethyst, Quartz, Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby stars, 7 Clusters of Ice, 10 Clusters of Fire and a Dark Cross, and having spent three months as a Defender I feel he is ready for this elevation. Keep up the good work, Justin, I look forward to seeing what you can do in the Knights of Allusis!
