Locke has done a great job as Proconsul since gaining the position. He issues excellent and regular reports, is in good contact with and keeps track of the members, has helped tremendously with the Clan Fictional Goals document we just finished, and is overall a solid leader. There is quite a bit more. Locke, as a good leader should, maintains a cool head and has helped me personally a great deal with oversight and leadership in the Clan. Locke runs competitions with me, helps oversee all Clan programs, and has taken the initiative on projects like helping Waldron run a DB-wide competiton as part of Waldron's promotion requirements as well as assisting with the design of the Alliance of Steel competition with Taldryan that's about to begin, Locke is also quite active in the overall Clan and DB and competes often. As well, he posts regularly in our development runon. Also, if I need something done, Locke just does it and quickly too. He does plenty of other things on his own, like competition design Clan-wide and looking for areas to be helpful. locke, you're an excellent leader and you deserve this for your hard work. I'm very happy to see you come along as a great leader in this Clan.

Locke came through in the clutch of the night when I was put into the roll of Quaestor. Still fresh to the mantle he was quick to help me along with everything. He was instrumental in me getting together things for our House and Clan to do. As Aedile he's done his job well by issuing reports regularly and putting out competitions.

It was he and Mirado who wrote our new House Prospectus with our new direction and it was Locke behind a number of ideas used towards the aid of the clan. He can be the Devil's Advocate at times which is exactly what a summit needs.

Locke has also been very active in the Fading Lights vendetta, earning himself 23 Seal of the Crusaders. His work has been appreciated and the guidance he has offered has been instrumental for the entire House and Clan because of this. Thanks for the help Locke. :)

Since his last recognition almost seven months ago, Locke has remained a mainstay in Naga Sadow as both a solid independent member, as well as a mentor to younger members.

Having competed in thirty four competitions, eight PvP matches, and fourty PvP matches during this period, Locke brought in an impressive two Crescents with Amethyst Star, four Crescents with Sapphire Star, one Crescent with Topaz Star, eighteen Clusters of Fire and five hundred fifteen Clusters of Earth. Further, Locke complete three ACC battles, participated in six Fiction activities consisting of nine thousand four hundred seventy five words, and five run-on posts consisting of two thousand eight hundred seven words. These posts brought in a fantastic thirty four Clusters of Ice. Oh, and his doodles brought in a really amazing twelve Clusters of Graphite.

Locke's performance during the GJW was truly stellar, and his nineteen event participations brought in the commensurate nineteen Seals of Wrath. This is important. Locke was Consul of CNS for quite some time. Maybe members currently in the Clan joined and "grew up" in the Club under the tutelage of Locke. When a leader steps down, it often results in a semi-retirement as they no longer have the sort of responsibility they once had. Not for Locke. He sticks around and keeps it his mission to make the Club, Clan and Rank-and-file better. And does so with aplomb.

What can I say about Locke, Stock and two smoking blasters when it comes to me recommending this excellent gent for a Steel Cross? Quite a bit! Since he ventured over to HMR from our sister house he has been nothing but a beacon of activity and a pillar that holds Marka Ragnos up.

Since Locke's last recognition he has organised 6 competitions, including most recently the mini event Dark Flame for Marka Ragnos, which is a perfect little follow-on to the adventures the house has been undertaking. Locke has also taken part in 37 competitions and placed in 22 of them, including taking top spots in recent CNS and HMR events.

His reward tally sits at 1 Crescent with DIamond Sar, 1 Ruby, 3 Amethyst, 7 Sapphire, 5 Emerald, 2 Topaz and 3 Quartz. As well as these he has earned 36 Clusters of Fire and 680 Clusters of Earth for his gaming which including a staggering 46 PvE activities submitted. 14 Clusters of Ice for his fictions, which had a total of 1958 words and another 3855 in Run-Ons. 12 Clusters of Graphite round out his rewards.

On top of this Locke has sat as the BTL of the Night Hawks for some 5 months now and has done everything in his power to be at the forefront of any news, comps, events and push his members in every little thing. We may not always see eye to eye but I am confident that without him that Marka Ragnos wouldn't be the powerhouse it is within CNS. Thanks to him we also have a shiny brand new fleet since I annoyed him enough that he wrangled a brilliant fleet together to allow HMR to go towards the future.

So for all this, I am delighted to recommend a Steel Cross for Locke!

Locke Sonjie is a name familiar to many. Although he is no longer our Consul, he has continued to support myself and other Sadowans. That heart has led him to take on two terms as a Battle Team Leader- for a total of 9 months since his last recognition. This only a part of what he has done for us.

Locke has played the part of mentor or advisor to more than one of our leaders. Locke has not been afraid to point out potential issues, or to raise his voice as he feels it is prudent to help keep the Clan going in the right direction. He has served at times as a sounding board, particularly when it comes to fleets and the like.

Most recently, Locke participated in 12 of the Great Jedi War comps, contributing to our second place finish.

Since his last Steel Cross last year, Locke has participated in 31 competitions. He has participated in 3 PvP matches and 8 PvE activities. He has written 3142 words over 4 fiction comps, and for all his efforts has brought home 4 Crescents with Ruby Star and a Crescent with an Emerald Star. The majority of his gaming activity has been in Heroes, netting him 77 Clusters of Earth and PvP gaming has brought him 4 Clusters of Fire. His work in graphics comps have also earned him 20 Clusters of Graphite.

And besides the 10 Seals of Fury he earned during the last Rite of Supremacy, and of course th 12 Seals of Discord from this War, Locke has continued to demonstrate his faithfulness in many small ways. It bears pointing out again, our victory would not have been possible without the contribution of Locke Sonjie. You have my thanks, sir. I hope you will accept this small show of appreciation from a fellow Sadowan.
