Ryan Neale has been an exemplary member of House Odan-Urr. Since his joining not long ago, he has continued to work towards his next promotion, completing his requirements in the course of a few days. Ryan Neale has already started to make his presence known in House Qel-Droma. He has begun to communicate with his Summit, has submitted two Shadow Academy exams, and participated in a House competition. He is clearly deserving of this first promotion, and I hope it will serve to propel him further in the Brotherhood.
