Well I'll be, who'd have thought I'd be writing a second recommendation for you on the heels of your Kukri? I've already spoken to your infectious energy, your push to engage and teach our members, and how much of a pain in the influential you are within Clan Odan-Urr. How you push us to commit, strive, and create more, and how your dedication has countlessly paid off, and here it is, again. I know by now you've got to be exhausted with my walls of text, and it wouldn't do to let me have all of the honors, barking your ear off.

I will leave you with this though, your skills with people, constant wit, and planning have been a driving force in today's Odan-Urr, and I hope to cultivate that same energy in the future, using you as one of our prime examples, showcasing that infectious energy and drive you've given, as both a member and leader, to better the Community not only just the Clan. This promotion is well earned, not just by virtue of statistical experience, but by learned and lived experience, leading from the front, and making a splash amongst the membership.

For me, Tisto sits firmly in the diligent and hard working members category in Odan-Urr. I haven't had the pleasure of working with him for long as a fellow Quaestor, but what I have seen and experienced is a thoughtful and diligent leader who loves his unit, be it House or Clan, and busts his butt to put out good content and entertain his members. He knows what they want and what they enjoy, what's considered fun in his House, and he has started doing those very things from the start. He does a lot to keep his members engaged and enjoying their stay in House Hoth, and has even managed to bring out a lot of the old guard from formaldehyde.

He has my respect and my confidence in his abilities. Congrats on your promotion, buddy. It's most definitely well earned.

Here I am again, for the fourth time, writing a promotion recommendation for the biggest pain in the ..... whoops, I mean one of the best Members COU and Hoth have ever had. Knowing Tisto for the last eight years, I have seen him go from an insane ball of energy and ideas to hundreds of pages of emails that tested my patience almost every day. For those first days of working with him as my BTL, I wasn't sure if he would make it far in the club but as shocked as I am to say it he is a much more mature and seasoned leader than I have ever expected. I am very proud to have him lead the best house in the club. and again for my 4th time Congratulations my friend on Equite 4 you deserve it and I look forward to seeing what is next for Hoth with you in charge. Happily passes the torch to you.
