Tisto is one of those members who knows how to step in, push buttons to get people active, and loosen up to avoid causing burnout. As Quaestor, he spent significant amounts of time working with my former PCON and me to develop plotlines and narratives for Odan-Urr. After his retirement, Tisto continued to work alongside us, first as a regular member of the Clan to keep others invested, then joined the COU Story Team to help develop and drive the continuing narratives in a member-forward path. This award cannot fully convey everything we want to express, from his contributions to the Clan's culture, his outreach, and exposure to the entirety of The Brotherhood, and his sincerity in everything he takes part in.
Tisto, you've been a great assistant, a great Quaestor, and a greater friend. This award is only a pittance of everything you deserve.
