Keiji or as I know him better Lavanth, has been a member of House Hoth for quite some time now and I have seen not only his character grow but I have seen the person behind the toon grow as well. Since his last promotion and in fact since the beginning of the year, Keiji has become a very active member.

Throughout these last few months, he has become very engaged within the House and Clan telegram chats and is activity taken or looking for more ways to be a guiding force not only within the House but the entire Clan as well.

Combating a tough real life school and family schedule he still found time to organize 1 competition and participate in 63 competitions and earning himself 1 Dark Cross, 3 Crescents with an Amethyst Star, 1 Sapphire Star, 3 Emerald Stars, 4 Topaz Stars, 13 Clusters of Fire, 21 Clusters of Ice, 5 Clusters of Earth and 5 Clusters of Graphite.

Lastly, I'm impressed with the number of good ideas Keiji can come up with he is constantly emailing or private messaging me with something new he just thought up and wanted to see if it will work. He is becoming a great source of inspiration and ideas for me and he has truly earned my respect.

Keiji I'm proud to be able to promote you to Equite 1, it's been a long road and one that you handled in a very mature and positive way. I'm more than eager to see where you can go from here and I for one am honored to be able to work with you.

So Congratulations Keiji Suoh, you earned this!

Keiji has been one of those special members and a good friend. Lately, he has engaged in some wonderful character development with others in the Clan, including myself and Yuki. I am probably missing some names, but he really has integrated himself into Odan-Urr a good bit and in the process gave back to the community. Giving back to the community is what being an Equite is all about. I am honored to recommend that Keiji should become an Equite.

Let me start this off by saying that I'm not exactly a people person. I'm a grouch and fairly cantankerous on my best days. However, one member stands above the others in my books and that is Keiji. As my apprentice, he learned everything he could with vigor and gusto. Rarely do I get to see someone like that these days and it made me truly proud to be his Master. Attaining Knighthood was a big step for him and I was honored to help him out.

That being said, Keiji has been on his own now and figuring out his own path in this club. He carries himself with integrity, fields his ideas to the summit and his colleagues, works his hardest on any project given to him. This is a member to be watched and paid attention to because of the simple fact of his drive to make things better, not only for himself but for his Clan and his House.

Keiji Suoh is a prime candidate for entrance into the Equite ranks and I am well and truly blessed and honored to know such a member. I look forward to seeing all of the good he can do.

Though I've only known him a short time (has it really been almost a month already?), Keiji Suoh is just the kind of member others should look to for an example. While he does tend to poke us about concepts that occur to him and is helpful to others within the Telegram channels, Keiji has also been working hand in hand with Takota (Seraphol) on the creation of Battleteam Wildcards since the very beginning.

Being able to watch a relative newcomer work and flourish with a veteran member is truly a privilege to see; whereas most would chafe under the constructive criticism, Keiji takes it and adapts to everything we've thrown at him in the process. Keiji is very quick to pick up on any lesson we offer and I wouldn't be surprised to see an application from him in the future. In short, Keiji Suoh is a member I would highly recommend for the Equite ranks.

Everyone else has gushed about Keiji's activity since his last promotion, so forgive me for just talking about the impression he has made on me in a few weeks.

When I was first made BTL I looked over his application and was suprised to find that he had several well thought out ideas. After talking to him I realized that he would be an excellent right hand to get the team created and running. Since then he has been in constant communication with me, bouncing ideas for comps, and the direction of the new BT. He has even ran the naming comp for us.

Im glad for us to add another into the ranks of Equite in COU. Congrats man, youve earned it!
