It's not every day that a JM4 promotion comes along, and I am proud to say that Ashlynn Cruise has earned this honor. While spending at least 28 days in rank, she has successfully co-organized 2 competitions, participated in 8 competitions, earned 1 major competition award in the form of a Crescent with Emerald star, earned a Dark Cross for her exemplary activity, earned 75 clusters of earth, passed the Leadership Competitions and Leadership Rewards courses, completed an approved, quality wiki article for her character, and wrote 3000 words of character fiction. This is a great variety of activities, some of which gave back to the DB community itself. A rather impressive list.

A few things, though certainly not an exhaustive list, stand out to me personally. First, she got an approved quality wiki page approved. The wiki staff can be quite picky and many people are stuck with that annoying question mark next to their wiki page link forever, but she knocked this one out. Second, she co-organized competitions, which is a great way to give back to the community. Third, she took the time to take some of the leadership courses. They can be a bit dry at times, but they really are important. It is refreshing to see someone take them. Good job, Ashlynn! Lastly, her merit award, which speaks volumes for the sort of role model she was for Clan Scholae Palatinae's other journeymen.

Since her arrival to Odan-Urr, she has already kept up that tradition. Recently she has dove head first into Pazaak and Star Conflict, as well as some competitions. I look forward to the example she will set as a Captain and the glory she will bring to Odan-Urr. You may have just gotten here, but you're already one of us. ^^

It is my privilege to recommend that Ashlynn Cruise be promoted to the rank of Captain. Congratulations and enjoy all the new toys that come with your new rank!! (It's time to go shopping!)

This is a day that is a long time coming and I'm so glad that Ashlynn has made it. Blade has already hit on the numbers so I'll touch on this incredible achievement. It's been a long year and half since her last promotion and even when r al life struggles took a role on her in real life, she still found a way to return and attain that big step to Captain. When Ashlynn was around both in CSP and now Odan she was always a steady contributer. Never one to be in the public eye, she always worked in the background. Competitions in both individual competitions, Clan events, coorganizing competitions as a producer, and even adding to her our characters fiction both in the wiki and fictional writings. I'm excited to see how far she can go in this club and I look forward to her growth into the future. Congratulations on such a huge milestone! Here's to many more to come!

Hitting JM4 is one hell of an accomplishment, and I am glad I was contacted to add my voice to the call for Ashlynn's promotion. She is a talented and capable member, one I am glad to see return to the club as a strong member for COU. This is a great accomplishment Ash and I hope to continue to see you around kicking ass and having fun in this club. Congratulations
