Primary reason: Recently, we undertook a project to revamp the entire House Galeres Wiki Page. The previous page was outdated, did not provide clear or actionable information, and often mislead the members of the House more so than it provided them direction. We attempted to first edit the existing information, but soon found that the House, Clan, and Brotherhood had simply grown - and changed - too much for simple edits. The final project required a complete rebuild of the page. It required several individuals gathered via e-mail (over 50!) to share ideas and build an outline, it required several more days of writing & editing the new page (3 drafts!), before the labor intensive process of coding the Wiki Page with images, links, and proper formatting. We wanted to personally thank everyone involved in making this a superb, top-notch completed project with recognition of a Dark Cross.

Aryelline has completed her time-in-rank requirement while also being an active member of our Clan chat. In addition, she has participated in over 21 competitions during her rise to Knight, has been awarded 7 major competition awards, reached Rank 4 in the Inquisitorious, has been awarded 18 Clusters of Ice, been awarded her first merit medal, and wrote over 3000 words of character fiction that has been approved by Aryelline’s Master. Additional reasons: It’s been a lot of fun working with Aryelline the past month or so, both in developing her character and helping her on her path to Knighthood. She’s driven, friendly, and enthusiastic about her relationships both in and out of character, as well as fictionally creating a character that makes sense. It’s rare to find a friend and student that uses much the same process as you, in that they grow the character organically, adding to it through collaboration rather than just tacking bits of personality on and hoping for the best. She’s been a joy to help and a wonderful new friend in Arcona.
