Which is why is it with great honor that I present this award to her. Tahiri has accumulated well over 58,385 XP, more than enough to earn her first Emerald Dagger. Since her previous recognition, Tahiri has organized 43 competitions and co-organized 7 more. She has participated in 575 competitions, submitted 363 gaming activities, finished 2 ACC battles, judged 8, and taken part in 32 different role-playing sessions totaling over 46,500 words. She has also passed 6 courses in the Shadow Academy. Not only that, but she has earned an impressive collection of shinies for her work: 19 Crescents with Diamond Star, 31 Ruby, 53 Amethyst, 66 Sapphire, 56 Emerald, 27 Topaz, and 23 Quartz. On top of that, she has earned 4,839 Clusters of Fire, 110 Clusters of Ice, 184 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Seal of Loyalty, and 19 Seals of Animosity. After more than a year of outstanding service as Quaestor of Clan Plagueis, Tahiri made the move to Arcona and stepped up as our Proconsul, a role she has now held for two months. On top of those significant responsibilities, she has also served on Exarch Staff for the past three months. Leading up to the Great Jedi War, she helped plan and host pre-war preparations alongside the Summit. During the conflict itself she was a whirlwind of positive energy: hosting gaming events, keeping everyone motivated and smiling (continuing to earn her well-deserved nickname Ta-giggles), tracking entries, organizing teams, and ensuring no one was left behind. All while maintaining 100% bin participation herself. She competed in 19 comps during the War, secured 9 Top 10 placements, and contributed a massive 367 points to Arcona. Her efforts were instrumental in securing our victory with a final total of 5,873.45 points. Arcona quite literally would not have won without her. Tahiri leads with heart and genuine warmth, always lifting others up and bringing encouragement to everything she does. She doesn’t just direct from above, she stands right alongside the Clan, supporting and inspiring at every turn. I am incredibly proud of the leader and friend Tahiri has become. It has been an absolute honor to serve alongside her (even if I’m the one who has to wave the scissors around to keep everyone in line while she keeps the Clan laughing and moving forward together). Her continued excellence, leadership, and remarkable levels of activity make her more than deserving of this recognition. Shadow Lord Nora Olen, 2026-07-16 03:24:55 UTC Additional reasons Tahiri was an absolute rock throughout her tenure as Quaestor in Clan Plagueis, giving stellar service to the Clan over the last year plus prior to her move to Clan Arcona to serve as Proconsul. She was a constant activity motivator via her strong presence in Clan communication channels, social interactions, and personalized outreach to her members. The proof was in the pudding, especially with what levels of activity she was able to motivate out of the members during major scheduled events such as Ascending Conspiracy, Ascending Convergence, and the Ninth iteration of the Pro Bowl. House Ventress under her leadership was able to emerge victorious in both Ascending Conspiracy and Ascending Convergence. Ascending Conspiracy saw House Ventress manage 72 individual entries across 16 competitions, with 8 of 12 Ventress members managing submissions. In Ascending Convergence the story was much the same level of success, with 97 total submissions across 27 competitions and 8 of 13 members submitting entries to the event. I always maintained as Consul that the best metric to judge a leader by is to measure both their level of unit activity and the consistency with which they maintain it, and Tahiri was able to consistently year over year have her House showing up to the tune of over 60% participation rates. For Pro Bowl IX, she was also instrumental in working as part of a leadership team that saw Clan Plagueis able to generate a club high 269 total entries across the 33 Pro Bowl competitions. Tahiri wasn't just able to work as the leader of her own unit, but was able to seamlessly blend her efforts with the Clan's leadership team as a whole to drive the same sort of activity and engagement. This adaptability to work with subordinates below and superiors above were critical factors in her success as a leader and the success of Plagueis during her time there. In addition, Tahiri made critical contributions to the House Ventress Wiki project in late 2025. According to our tracking data, Tahiri averaged a contribution of 25% across the entire project, with contributions and work totalling over half of the articles for both the Azorian Citadel and Ice Station Zerek. This project was more than just writing down content, as instead it mostly involved taking information and ideas that was maybe a few sentences of basic guidance and form from me that had been knocking around in my head for years and then working through multiple brainstorming sessions to flesh them out and then write and format the articles themselves. Essentially, the entire fictional presence and structure of House Ventress would still be an imagined notion that I'd been kicking around for years without Tahiri's work as part of the team on this project. Nora has detailed Tahiri's raw numbers on the activity front, but I can say without a doubt that, even as impressive as those statistics may be, Tahiri's less quantifiable contributions to Clan Plagueis as a leader are even more impressive.
