Primary reason: Ever since his promotion to Knight, Karran’s aspirations have only increased. The Battleteam leader of the Voidbreaker has been very present, ready to help and has invested significant amounts of time and effort into the Clan as a whole. He keeps close ties with both members of House Qel-Droma and that of Galeres, strengthening bonds and keeping the momentum of Roleplay between Houses/Battleteams going.

Since his recognition he’s passed 24 Shadow Academy courses and gained 2 Degrees. He has also participated in 53 competitions and organized 1 of them himself. The competitions have netted him with 3 Ruby, 3 Emerald and 1 Quartz starred Crescent. He also earned 1 Gold and 1 Silver Nova, plus 13 Seals of Discord during the Great Jedi War XIII and a good number of Clusters overall, that is to say: 33 of Ice, 14 of Graphite and 1 of Fire.

The Captain of the Voidbreaker has made his mark clearly, especially in regards to the amazing achievement of his RP weekends. The Voidbreaker has never seen this kind of activity and character development before! It is unbelievable to wake up to 1800+ messages on Telegram with a crew of only 18 people. An immense part of this has been made possible due to his organization and own input into the roleplay events. He also worked together with Sera Kaern on a collection of lore for Zabrakian culture and he put together a crew manifest for the Battleteam.

In order to properly pave this Sith’s path towards the next promotion I feel that he more than earned a Steel Cross.

Additional reasons: When we hired Karran to take the helm of the Voidbreaker, we were impressed by his plans for the RP weekends and these have been met and exceeded! As a leader, Karran has been the epitome of Qel-Droman kindness, respect, and cheekiness, balancing all three aspects in his duties as Battleteam Leader.

Having been hired from another House, Karran had an up-hill battle not only to get to know the new team, but also to take creative and thematic leadership of his new unit. With enough time having passed to make judgments, I can say he has exceeded in these tasks and I look forward to seeing where he will take Voidbreaker in the future. So far, he’s managed to provide some excellent stories for the crew and engagement in them has been very high! It warms a Quaestor’s heart when the unit is active, buzzing with character dynamics, and awash with ideas of where to go and what to explore.

For his dedication to duty, House, and Clan, I am proud to recommend Karran be awarded a Steel Cross for his continued excellence!
