*Just another day at the Godless Matron, looking for semi-legal wares. Nothing could go wrong for you, Nathan, could it?*

Nathan was a pale Human male, a scientist accompanied by a past filled with others’ pain.

“Excuse me… Frackin’… ‘scuse me...Passing through…” a deep voice sounded through the crowd as it got closer.

*Oh, great. Him. Just pretend you’re somebody else.*

Not even a moment later, a Human just bumped into Nathan hard, making him fall on his back. The hood he had on his head fell, revealing his face.

“Oh Sith… YOU!” The armored Arcanist was visibly furious.

“I’m not who you think I am. Leave me alone!” the other Human said as he got back on his feet. The crowd around them was dispersing, as if awaiting a fight.

“Even the voice… I WILL KILL YOU, YOU SON OF A HUTT!” the Mystic said as he gestured angrily.

Nathan was backing away when he suddenly hit something. He reached his right hand behind his back and grabbed what appeared to be a hammer.

“After making me lose my limbs, you’re gonna lose yours,” Andy said as he readied his crushgaunts in front of his face.

“Just leave, we can leave the people out of this.”

“OUT OF THIS?! THEY WANT TO SEE YOU SUFFER, AND SO DO I! COME HERE, MOTHERFRACKER!”

Nathan jumped at the Arcanist and tried to hit him with the hammer, only for it to be caught by the crushgaunts. The mix of heavy gauntlet and kinetic-resistant armor blocked nearly all of the impact, Andy barely feeling anything through his cybernetic arm.

“Eat this, Bantha brain.” The Mystic punched the scientist in his guts with all of his might, sending him back flying into a stall.

As his entire body was in pain, he had no option but to keep Andy away. He reached out to the Force and grabbed the cyborg to try and block his movement.

“OH NO, YOU DON’T!” The tall Human embraced the Force’s will and led it towards his muscles and cybernetics, pushing himself out of the grip.

“Andy, please, this is not who you are!”

“Now you suddenly know who I am? Once I found out that you ripped my limbs apart, Andy was gone. I’m Robot now. The thing you could never understand is pain, BUT YOU WILL SOON!”

The scientist always carried a blaster with him, just in case. This was definitely the case. He grabbed it from the back of his belt and quickly fired three times. Two shots completely missed but the other one grazed the Arcanist’s right shoulder. The armor took some of the hit, but he still felt it.

“After years of constant pain, it becomes something you live with.” The pain of the blast felt like merely a scratch to Robot, controlling his pain output with help from the Force.

Nathan rose to his feet and focused. He created light out of nothing and threw it around him, blinding Robot and the crowd. He then made himself invisible and walked out of the crowd, hurting, but alive.

“MOTHERFRACKER! PIECE OF SITH! YOU’LL PAY, SACH, YOU’LL PAY!”

*Sach. My nickname from a time Robot was still Andy. No time to think about your past, time to leave Nathan.*

[ACE] Multi-Objective: Boring Conversation Anyway
Textual submission

Daler was entering a room inside the ACE's Corporate Headquarters, looking for someone that would look like an important person. He had heard that there was a chance for a less than legal contract which he could have used. The Nautolan found a Human woman with an earpiece, talking about what sounded like important business. She had brown hair and black eyes with an imposing posture.

"Listen, if we're not getting 2 million credits, the ships won't be made. The manufacturing is expensive and what you want is very specific. Is that clear? Very well, goodbye," the woman angrily said.

"Good morning, I'm here to talk to Mr. Ghosan. Is he available?" the Nautolan asked.

"Ah, you must be Daler. We're sorry, but you can't speak directly to the CEO. I'm the one you are supposed to talk to. I'm Eva."

"Daler, but I guess you already know. So, I'm going to need information. The location and the other details," the Force Disciple whispered.

"Yes, right here." The Human handed him a Datapad with all the information he needed. The Nautolan read the details in 4 minutes and was ready to go when he was stopped by the woman.

"Is there a problem?"

"We need to keep in contact with you. I have a map of the place and I'll need you to guide you to the server room."

"Right, get the blueprints, destroy their copies," Daler said.

"Give me your Comlink. I just need to connect it to my... done! Now we can talk. Remember, you're taking the place of one of their tech guys. Good luck," Eva voiced.

"Thanks. I'll be back in no time."

The Nautolan was dropped off near the entrance of ACE's competitor, on a station, by a GX1 Civilian Short Hauler with all of his gear, including slicing equipment.

"Daler, can you hear me?" The voice was heard from the Force Disciple's Comlink.

"Loud and clear. Try to keep it down."

"Right. There's a body scanner at the entrance, I've disabled it but only for 30 seconds. You'll have to get through it at the end so be careful with your slicing stuff," the Human informed him.

Daler went through the entrance with no problems, but he was met by a Togrutan guard a few steps after he entered.

"You're the new tech guy? Sheesh, did they run out of people to hire?"

As the guard kept talking, the Nautolan thought of a way to escape the conversation. He focused on the guard, forcing him hear a beeping sound a few feet behind him.

"What was that?"

"You better go check," the Force Disciple told the Togrutan before he ran off.

"Alright, the server room is not far. Take a left and the second room on the right is it," the Human said through the comlink.

When he found the room, he was surprised by a door with an eye scanner.

"Eva, there's an eye scanner on this door. Did you get it?"

"What? There's no eye scanner on the digital blueprints. I can't find anything like that."

"Must be a separate system. I can slice into it, don't worry," the Nautolan uttered. He pulled out a computer spike and put it into the appropriate place on the eye scanner, configuring it to work on all tries. Daler then scanned his eye and took back his computer spike, allowing him entrance.

"Nice job. Now get me into the system," the woman said from the Comlink.

"Don't worry, I can handle this." The Force Disciple then placed his computer probe into one of the server racks' plugs. He copied every blueprint onto his datapad and deleted the originals from the source.

"Good job, Daler. Now you can return."

"You know what? If I deleted all of their security files from the servers, they probably wouldn't know. How about I do it?"

"Everything that destroys our competitors is something that helps ACE."

The Nautolan deleted everything that seemed vaguely connected to security, which allowed him access out of the building with no interruptions.

"You know your way back. Make sure you don't run into someone."

"I know my stuff. I also know how to avoid people."

The Force Disciple returned to the entrance and didn't see a single person, passing through the body scanner with no sign of alarm, silent or otherwise.

"You'll be picked up by the same ship you were dropped by. Well done, your reward has been transferred," the Human happily said.

"And your blueprints are... in your servers. Marked *special_delivery* for your convenience," the Nautolan uttered as he sent the files.

"It was a pleasure doing business with you. May the Force be with you, is that what you say?"

"It was my pleasure. And not really, I usually don't say it, but, may the Force be with you too," the Force Disciple voiced before his Comlink was disconnected.

Deathwatch Combat Writing: Reb Sino
Textual submission

Reb Sino was coming out of the Saga drinking Hall, drunk and beaten badly, with a blaster in his hand. Trenkyp Zkig moved closer to Reb as he realized what Trenkyp was doing.

“Stop there if you don’t want to die! Or I will kill you,” said Reb drunkenly.

Trenkyp moved towards Sino with his Vibroblade and Vibrosword in his hands as Reb started shooting at the Kel Dor. Trenkyp made an invisible barrier with help from the Force to protect himself. Reb realised who and what Trenkyp was and why he was after him.

“Oh, the Force eh? You bloody Jedi deserve nothing but death!” said Sino angrily.

Sino pulled out a concussion grenade and threw it at Trenkyp. The Jedi started focusing on it before it was thrown, caught the grenade mid-air with an invisible hand and threw it back at Reb. He was sent back into a wall, falling to the hard ground. Reb pulled out two blasters and shot at a wall. The bolts ricocheted off the wall towards Trenkyp. The Kel Dor dodged the bolts and threw a throwing knife at Reb, hitting him in the chest.

Reb took out the knife and tossed it aside, taking out two knives out of his belt. Trenkyp lunged at Reb with both of his blades above his head. The Twi'lek barely dodged the attack and tried to run away but he was met by a Battle Droid. Reb was punched in the face by the Battle Droid, sending him back a few steps.

"You may not escape." said the droid.

Trenkyp swung both of his blades at the Mercenary, slicing his back. Reb threw his knives out of his hands at Trenkyp's hands, making him drop the swords but not damaging them enough to not wield. Trenkyp took out the Butcher, Trenkyp's broadsword.

"How many trick do you have up your sleeve, you cheating Jedi?" said Sino angrily.

Sino took out his blasters and fired at Trenkyp. The Jedi dodged most of the shots, one of them penetrating his Jedi robes. The Kel Dor then filled his muscles with energy from the Force and kicked the Twi'lek in the ribs. Sino landed on his back with his some of his ribs broken. The Mercenary threw several smaller knives at Trenkyp but as disoriented as he was, none of them hit the Jedi.

“Tom, aim that blaster at the Twi’lek,” said Trenkyp to TOM-4V, the Battle Droid.

“Roger roger.”

Trenkyp focused on his lightsaber and with a swift hand gesture he sent it flying at Reb Sino but stopped it right before it hit his head.

“Now you will tell me the coordinates to your base on Daemmun or you will die,” Trenkyp said walking towards Reb.

“Never, you dirty rotten JEDI!”

The Kel Dor took his lightsaber floating in the air and pointed his hand at Reb Sino’s head. He gathered all his strength to penetrate the Twi’lek’s head. Reb then told Trenkyp the coordinates of the base.

“You heard that, Tom?”

“Yes sir.”

Trenkyp then beheaded Reb with a swift cut from his lightsaber, healed his wounds on his hands and took off to the Deathwatch headquarters.

There’s no time off for a Consular. Sure, officially they are allowed to go and have “fun” if it is allowed by the Jedi Code, but unofficially they study, meditate or train others. At least that’s what I think. Meditation can’t hurt, right? Today I’ll try to see into the past, it doesn’t hurt to know a little more about our history and besides I can train my Sensing skills. Studying in the Tython Jedi Temple is peaceful. It’s quiet, especially since the Jedi Guardians are absent during the time off we are granted by the Council.
Meditation begins. Dimly lit room, locked door and meditation pose. Relaxation of the mind and of the body. Eyes closed, but I can see something. I can hear something. It’s not from the Temple. I can see myself using the holocom. It’s not happening now. It’s from the past. I’m not even sure if it’s me or another Kel Dorian. I’m in the middle of a battlefield, surrounded by other Jedi. There are what appear to be Dark Jedi, running towards us. We are on Tython, being invaded by the Dark Jedi, or at least a group of their conquerors. The lightsabers are clashing everywhere, the plasma blades blinding me. I can only spectate, I don’t control the person I thought was me. My Jedi takes his lightsaber and turns it on, a green blade coming out of the hilt. He raises his lightsaber in an Ataru opening stance. He starts running towards the Dark Jedi, stabbing and slashing them. He has no feelings towards his former Jedi friends, for they had betrayed the Jedi Order and pursued a path of Darkness, a path for those that seek power and fame, not regretting killing for his own gain. He kills Dark Jedi left and right, running past their army of darkness as a shadow in the night. Light and Dark Jedi are dying every second, I can even feel it in the Force. He gets to their ship. There are lots of Dark Jedi in a small room. He kills them all, I sense no remorse in him. He kills the ship crew and he sends a message to what I assume is the leader of the conquest movement. I only hear a few words, “peace”, “violence” and “unbalanced”. My Jedi gets stabbed in the heart through the back by a Dark Jedi. I feel him falling to the ground and losing his life. The Dark Jedi says something, this time I can make a phrase out of it, “Power is not for the weak. The Darkness shall rise”. I lose my focus and return to today, the holidays of the Jedi Order, in the meditation room, dimly lit as before.
The Jedi Civil War. Fascinating, before the beginning of the Sith Order. Peace could have been achieved, but instead Balance won the fight. The Dark Jedi, the most powerful of the Dark Side users, became the Sith, driven by anger, suffering, vengeance and power.
