Even though Waza is a recent transfer into the Clan, he has made his presence felt both in his Discord chatting and activity. Since his last recognition, Waza has participated in 51 competitions, 8 roleplaying sessions, and DMed a session of his own. He has garnered 2 Cresents and 27 clusters during that time. Waza was always a pleasure to deal with, serving Odan-Urr as a long-time Summit member, acting as the intake point for our newest members during the run of our Proving Grounds Battle Team from its inception through to its closure he got to know and assist many of our newest members as they found their voices within the Club, furthermore he was always a strong advocate of roleplaying activities within the Clan, very rarely was one opened where Waza was not in participation. While his last few months of service were slowed due to health issues, he still carried on the flame through conversations in the Summit Chat, pointing the way for the rest of our Summit to engage with new members and continuing outreach with new joins who had been mostly silent since their arrival in an attempt to find a perfect fit for them within the Clan.
While we were disheartened to hear of their decision to leave Odan-Urr, it came at a time when their health was returning and they were seeking a change to help them regain activity and find themselves within the Brotherhood, and seeing them do just that has sparked a sense of joy within me.
Here's to many more awards, and many more activities Waza!

Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year.
