Following the Conclave of the Inner Circle of Clan Naga Sadow for the Month of March 2006 the Sons of Sadow, Clan Summit, Inner Order and Black Guard have deemed Krath Priest Xia-Long, a.k.a. Sildrin Rys, for elevation to the status of Krath Archpriest.
Sildrin is a devoted and hard member of the Clan who has been part of the community for several years now, having been her current rank alone for over two years. Since the day Sildrin came back from her extended LOA she has quickly taken to the Clan again, having impressed people well enough to take over as Aedile after only a few months. During this time she has reclaimed her status within the Clan with ease, becoming one of the most well known, active and liked members of the Clan community once again. She has also taken on several projects of her own on top of her general Aedile work, such as helping J'Rai manage the Clan Library and work toward renovating the Clan website up to full functionality (http://nagasadow.org/sildrin_test/ being the current test model).

In three years, I have observed Sildrin as an active and involved member of Clan Naga Sadow, taking specific interest in House Ludo Kressh. She's developed House and Clan websites, numerous graphis and character drawings, as well as participating in competitions, and organizing them. Sildrin has maintained a dynamic, and very capable leadership presence in her House and Clan, for the entire four years since her last promotion.

Sildrin has been a guiding influence on the clan for awhile. Since her promotion to AED, she has taken on many projects and become a vocal part of the Clan. Her presence on IRC has become a light, and her revision of the website which is in progess has all of us waiting on anticipation of the final product. Sildrin is very encouraging, and helpful to the new members. For all of these reasons, and more, she has become a valuable asset.

Sildrin/Xia-Long is perhaps one of the hardest working members of Clan Naga Sadow. No matter what the task is she's always the first to volunteer for it and she completes every assignment in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. She encourages not only the members of her house, but of the whole Clan to achieve the highest levels of activity and performance and does so by example. On a personal level she is always there for a member in need, be it to answer a n00b question, to help someone with a task, or to just be someone you can come and talk to. Xia Long- Sildrin Hastur is the best damn Aedile a person could want. Her reporting is regular, innovative, and thorough. When we decided as a Clan to give her the HLK Aedile position, I expected great things. I was not disappointed.
I find her to be approachable, insightful, considerate, and an awesome back up. She is a better Aedile than I ever was. She runs regular and creative competitions, and helps with the day-to-day behind the scenes work that makes our House run. In fact, it is a tremendous relief knowing that between us we have everything covered.
She does more than I can.
Xia is my Right Hand Woman. Without her, the House would not be what it is today. I think given her long period of service as KP, and the hard work she does is awesome.
She really keeps the run-ons alive in our Clan, and her writing is outstanding.
In short, I feel she is worthy of a promotion.

Sildrin has gone above and beyond what is expected of her, constantly working on one thing or another. it has been ages since she was last promoted, and more then deserves it now. All in all, Sildrin is an excellent Aedile, as well as a loyal and well appreciated member of the Clan. After more than two years without a real reward now seems as good a time as any to recognise the long chain of accomplishments large and small Sildrin has made during that time.
We also wish her luck in her future role as Quaestor when she takes over from Macron at the end of the month.
