Xuthen has served as the Adjunct of Galeres for several months. This is a non-dossier position but it's functions are hardly fictional. To start she spent several weeks filling in for an inactive roll master, a role she took without specific direction from me or my Aedile. She saw a need and filled it without asking for a fancy title or expecting reward. Secondly, she dove headfirst into piloting our Shadesworn training scheme and proved many of its tenants solid by gaining a strong bond with her Shadesworn partner Xathia, together they breathed life in their Shadesworn team which they named Dark Curse and began testing a system that will very likely become the future of the Clan Arcona. Lastly while I was recently away on an unavoidable extended absence (one month IRL time), she stepped up and supported her Aedile (and thus House and Clan), effectively becoming a stand in AED while Zakath served as a stand in QUA. For all these reasons and more Xuthen deserves this Antei Cross as a token of my gratitude and in recognition for the able service she provided as the Adjunct of Galeres.
