This medal represents Uzbad Zol Tamalar's activity since his last merit award, a Dark Cross in December 2006. Although the events on his dossier's history outline are sparse, and his presence in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood has been on-and-off for quite awhile, I feel that it is necessary for me to recognize one of the most loyal members of House Acclivis Draco. Since joining the Brotherhood a little over three and a half years ago, he has made a perpetual, sincere effort to participate in every event that he can.

Since December 2006, he has earned a multitude of awards that recognize his participation: five Crescents (1 Cr-S, 2 Cr-E, 1 Cr-T, 1 Cr-Q) and a Seal of Pain. He participated in the CSP-Arcona feud of February 2007 with a strong presence in the Clan run-on, the House Acclivis Draco "Missio Draconis" event run by then-Aedile Natth a'Niel, the Eighth Great Jedi War, and several small House competitions, including a winning entry to the "House Motto Add-on" competition.

In February of this year, I had to make the difficult decision of choosing a new Aedile, following the unfortunate resignation of Cuchulain. I was very surprised when I saw Uzbad send me an application. I had not seen him in quite awhile, but he assured me that he would be active, and he had great plans that enabled him to make the "final four" of the decision process. Exodius was chosen as my Aedile, but I ensured each of the final four that they would be given greater responsibilities in the future. As Anga moved to a role as Battleteam Leader and Tra'an as an assistent superviser to the Clan's Master-Student Program, I chose Uzbad as my Rollmaster.

During his two-month tenure as House Rollmaster, he was responsible for welcoming new members, exhibiting his good side to these new members, personally contacting Journeymen about how to earn promotions, and constantly updating both an activity tracker and the House mailing list. Utilizing Cooch's activity tracker that had been developed in January, Uzbad kept Exo and myself aware of the advances our House's Journeymen were making, and who was in dire need of recognition through medals or promotions. Although his time as Rollmaster was cut short by unexpected "real life" circumstances, I cannot express enough gratitude to Uzbad for his support, work ethic, and undying dedication to bettering the House that has been his Home for so long.
