Leading up to the trials, Sato has been my personal apprentice since he joined, co-writing a story with me. He has always been active and quick to respond to e-mails. He has a constant IRC presence and is friendly with everyone. He has served faithfully as an Asst. Envoy, and now Envoy and Rollmaster, of House Gladius. He has also been the Test of Wisdom EP now, quickly grading any exams that he receives. Sato has also been active within the house and the clan through various competitions, earning several crescents and seals. Sato has more than earned this rank and I feel that there is much more he will do in the future for the betterment of his house, his clan, and the Brotherhood as a whole. He does an excellent job keeping track of all the new members to the House and welcomes them all individually. During the past 3 months, Sato has performed very well in this role. He has welcomed new members, kept track of house activity in his dual role as rollmaster, and he has been available to answer questions. Sato was also the first Assistant Envoy ever. This means he was the one to test the program, to see how it would work. Welcoming new members and filling regular reports with me and the Aedile, he has also managed to build up a rapport with the members which is essential for serving in the House Summits. He has also been forthcoming with recommendations regarding awarding of medals and promotions and has been an overall efficient member of the House leadership structure, as such I feel this promotion is the least he deserves. -Welshman (QUA) I concur with Welshman's recommendation and, as Sato's master, I can say that he has continued to impress me with his dedication, both as an Asst.
