Primary reason: For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Shadesworn within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.

Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t.

Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. I am, however, extremely proud of every member whom helped shape the documents and gave it their all.

Primary reason: Celahir has proven to be an able leader of Soulfire and a future leader of Arcona. He has performed every task I have asked him to including but not limited to; updating the Soulfire wiki article, running comps and reporting regularly. Recently while I was away on an unavoidable extended absence (one month IRL time), Cel rose to the occasion and capably administered one of the largest and most active factions within the Brotherhood and ran a successful clan wide competition at my direction. JH Celahir is well overdue a promotion to DJK. He is an integral part of Arcona's membership, a rising star in the summit and is generally a well-liked and approachable person, having little to do with the political feuds that litter the club.

Cel has Completed the requirements as follows: He has easily been a JH more than 6 weeks (around 4 years, in fact), he has both a DC and an AC on his profile already, and has earned several crescents.

He has easily participated in fifteen competitions, including the following: Arcona RO - Displace, di Tenebrous Torture, Faces of History 1-8, Worked on every single codebreaker of the Great Jedi War, 4 of the trivias, and several other events in the GJW, such as the Crask Image competition and the Run On.

He has completed Conflict Mediation and Leadership Fundamentals, thereby qualifying him for advancement.

He has run two competitions, one for the House (Acrophobia) and one for the clan (TalCON App's).

In terms of a Major Summit Task, Celahir has dived into the role of Battleteam Leader with gusto, revamping the entire squad's structure and wiki page (no small task) and has been regularly producing reports and tasks for his squad, revitalising such an essential arm of Arcona's membership. This in itself is no mean feat and definitely qualifies for a Summit Task, as it directly benefits the entire clan and takes hours and hours of work.

Celahir has earned himself a Dark Maven in Programming, as previously mentioned has also run an additional competition for the entire Clan and has created an exceptional Wiki article for his character. This activity more than proves his worth as a Knight of Arcona, and we're lucky to have him. Well done, ner'vod.

Despite this strategy working out pretty well, it was a bit surprising to see the low number of Journeymen making an impact on the war effort. Celahir, fortunately, was one of the foremost competitors of Arconas Journeymen, participating in a handful of events and earning points that ended up being crucial in the Clans victory.
