Thank Slice for Celahir Erinos. His time as Proconsul was short but incredibly pivotal in the stabilisation of Arcona. His demure, laid-back and easy-going attitude are something of a calling card now within the Clan. Everyone knows him. Everyoneâs friends with him. Everyone goes to him with whatever problems they have, and he always has time for every single member of Arcona. His influence doesnât stop there. Heâs made a lot of friends outside the clan and built up a brilliant network of friends and allies stretching as far as the Dark Council, all of which put him in good stead for the job before him. In terms of activity, heâs learned the hard way that a Clan Summit position is a lot more time intensive, but itâs not like heâs allowed it to slow him down.
On top of his near constant IRC presence, heâs found time to code and put together a Quote Database on the Arcona site, which promises to boost the egos of the Clanâs resident wits tenfold, and has also taken a personal role in the creation of a set of guidelines and events for a future inter-clan feud (this was just to soak up some spare time he had!). Heâs been personally managing the Reboot Reform, which is nearing completion, and has also been overseeing nearly every other project currently ongoing within the clan, from the Ground Forces reset to the wiki revamp and the fictional development. He must be spending at least 6 hours a day on Arcona, which is far above and beyond what anyone would expect him to do, yet he does it often without prompting, which is why it is my opinion that the rank of Templar is a bit of an insult for who is undoubtedly Arconaâs finest. Well done, that man.

It is my honour that I request the promotion of Celahir to the rank of Equite 2. Where do I start with this individual. Well he is dedicated and active, over the past six months since his last promotion, Celahir has been able to achieve so much that I found it hard to believe myself. Celahir has served as Quaestor of House Qel-Droma and Proconsul of Arcona, brining the house and clan to a highly active level, which I was to the joy able to be part of.
I joined House Qel-Droma during Celahirâs rein as Quaestor, and I can tell you, that if there was anything I learned, It was that no task is too big, Celahir made his members active, proud and able to be in a fun environment. He instantly accepts members with a warm welcome, helping them, and making them feel at home. Which is something Celahir prides himself on, helping others for nothing.
I soon found myself as a BTL under Celahir, and I found that with him in charge, nothing went wrong. He wuld always put his faith in the House, and he always knew how to interact with people, advising me and helping me settle in to my new home in Clan Arcona.
As I moved into the position of Quaestor, Celahir contuined his hard work as Proconsul of Clan Arcona. His help and adice, allowing me to know that he is willing to continue to put the same amount of hard work into this position as he did when he was a Quaestor. He has been invaluable as his time as a Proconsul he words towards perfecting the clan and giving members assistance as well as the leaders for nothing in return.
Since his last promotion, Celahir has participated in the Rites of Supremacy, his valuable participation helped the clan take four place overall, earning himself the Seal of Bone for his efforts. Though he has continued to rack up medals for activity and participating in competition, as well as being a Proconsul. He has managed to get himself three legion of Scholarâs.
Proving himself again to be a loyal members to his Clan he was awarded the seal of loyalty for his hard work. As well as getting a Grand Cross of the Dark side for his hard work within the clan, as well as this merit award he has seen a Dark Cross for helping the FIST out, another member that he did not have to help out, but wanted to. His hard work for this clan has not gone without being recognised.
Now the question would be what has he done since his time as Quaestor, well to start with he has created promotion templates. These were no easy feat and will be a great help promotion journeymen, making it easy for the leaders to use and understand he played a big part in creating and testing the templates quickly and efficiently, of course to a high level which is all I see coming out of Celahir.
As well as doing this he was a major player in the Reboot project, this involved looking at how Arcona Battle Teams would be used and how they would be ran, another successful and time consuming project that he completed quickly and efficiently as his time as Quaestor of House Galeres.
Not many people continue to strive for perfection, but for everyone in the clan to speak only great things about Celahir is another achievement. He always is getting good feedback from Journeymen who he has helped get their footing when they first started in the club, and at the same time there is always the older members giving positive words about him. He has got to know each members and gained the respect of the whole clan.
I would like to thank you Celahir for all your hard work to House Qel-Droma and Clan Arcona. And I hope to see you continue the hard work that you are putting in. Congratulations on the promotion, you deserve it.

It is my honor and privilege to write a recommendation tonight for Celahir Erinos in hopes that he will be promoted to the rank of Obelisk Prelate in recognition of his continued growth as a member and leader within the Brotherhood. In my opinion, Celahir embodies much of what it means to be a leader within an organization such as ours, and this elevation will be but one more outward sign of the man we have entrusted to lead our Clan.
During my time within Arcona I have seen Celahir step up time and time again to serve his Clan in one capacity or another. If there is a project to be worked on to better the enjoyment of the Clan, Cel takes on the task so that others will have a better time. If someone has an issue they are dealing with, Cel makes it known that he is more than willing to help out and then follows through to help out the member. Selfless, steadfast and dedicated are all hallmarks that make Celahir Erinos a vital part of this Clan, and are major reasons why he has ascended to his current position.
And, while it is truth that ranks do not mark who we truly are as members, I do believe that it is high time for the man who has been appointed as Consul of a Clan to receive a rank more fitting his responsibility and authority. Celahir, you have demonstrated that you have what it takes to lead this Clan to bigger and better things. Keep up the great job, my friend, and we all hope that this is a small token of our appreciation

When I heard Celahir was about to get settled in the big chair, I was astonished. What? A mere Templar was going to be the next Consul? Damn.
But then I started thinking. And I've come to the conclusion that the reason a 'mere' Templar is getting the Consul's job is that Celahir is definitely at least one promotion behind. :P Celahir has done...a lot for the Clan since his last promotion. He has been ever-present and steadfast, writing absolutely hilarious reports (especially when paired with Sang), always online for any help anyone needs, and generally a great guy to have around. His computer skills, especially, have been a great help at making Arcona an easier place to be, having helped us develop our current email filter system (thus allowing me to do the welcome emails for both Houses rather than just one) as well as having made an absolutely brilliant Excel Sheet that'll help the whole Clan perform quick, easy, in-character promotions. Between that and his continued activity (such as his participation in the recent Halo games), Celahir more than deserves his promotion to Prelate.
