Primary reason: Elric, first and foremost, has been a decently active member since my ascension to Consul. Just recently, however, that activity took off. He took 2nd place overall in the writing portion of the clan competition, with just a couple points between him and the 1st place winner. Elric also took the initiative upon himself to correct me on a horrible mistake I made. I had misplaced one of his entries for the round 3 fiction, so when I went to grade the submissions, I did not see his. Fortunately, I did dig it up after he reminded me that he had sent it in. I have seen Elric work hard and participate and he is more than ready for the rank of Jedi Hunter. ~Anshar

Elric is starting to prove himself an instrumental member of House Tridens. His recent form and performance in the Clan competition has shown him to be an adept writer winning acclaim for numerous pieces of his fiction.
