I know she's already recieved merit awards but I haven't been able to give her any as of yet. I also don't think the amount of medals she deserves is possible to give in one award. Rasilvenaira is my CSP duct tape... when there is a break down in the chain of command or I forget to do something or I need help at the last minute - this is the gal I run to. Over the course of the past few months she has continually pulled me from the fire!

Most recently she helped me move data from an array of trackers into my standard template. This involved a lot of leg work as she hunted down activity for the past two months and forced it into my imperfect tracker - something she has also helped me 'fix'. Not to mention her ability to review documents, provide feedback (in a time fashion) and help direct the future of the Clan through her prompt work.

For service to a Dark Councilor and keeping CSP in line, yet again. I am honred to present her this small token of appreciation.

Most often, Dark Crosses are awarded for solid participation or activity; however, there are times an individual merits an award for their actions - especially for responsibilities the take on without expectation of an award.

Silver recently volunteered to help in the preparations of the Scholae Palatinae Summer Games - CSP Olympiads - by coding the web site. Her efforts included the creation of fourteen (14) pages, assistance in developing/refining several events and working to perfect the site to the Consul's desire (the picky guy he is!). For her assistance in bringing this event to life, I recommend a Dark Cross to Silver.

Impetus and Rasilvenaira rushed to the rescue of Scholae Palatinae recently. With the recent recruiting drive sponsored by Scholae Palatinae we have seen over forty new individuals join our Clan. With the massive amount of work required of the Clan Envoy program, the team had fallen behind in ensuring that each new member was added to the House and Clan Mailers. These two not only added those whom had been forgotten, but removed countless individuals whom should no longer be on the list. They did this by cross-referencing the Google Groups lists with the DJB.com rosters. In essence, they ensured over 160 e-mail addresses were correct and removed another 80 from lists that were incorrectly updated.

This work not only serves the Clan, but the Brotherhood as it ensures our ability to communicate and engage these new, and some old, members of our club.

CSP Reclamation: Personal Awards from the Summits: At the conclusion of the most recent Great Jedi War, the members of Clan Scholae Palatinae returned to the Cocytus System - dominion of the Clan - to find a Yuuzhan Vong horde had conquered their lands. Under the command of Phoenix and Lucien, these invaders were defeated and driven off of each of the four planets in a long, excruciating campaign known as Reclamation. The conflict lasted a month, but when the dust had settled the four planets had been recaptured by the feats of the Dark Jedi. Their campaign a success... the Consul bestowed upon them great honors for their individual efforts.

Rasilvenaira was newly appointed as the Quaestor of House Caliburnus at the onset of the Reclamation Campaign. Filling in the shoes of her predecessor, she led the charge with eight submissions - collecting twenty two (22) Clusters of Fire. These contributions came in the latter half of the conflict, helping her House roll over Dorimad Sol and avoid a last place finish. For both exceptional effort in the writing and gaming aspects of the long campaign, we award her another Dark Cross.

Rasilvenaira has truly revealed herself as the Storm Raven by rapidly taking Excidium and the Brotherhood by force. Since her last recognition, Rasilvenaira has participated in 6 competitions, organized 3 of her own competitions, and co-organized another two competitions. This has earned her 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, and 1 Crescent with an Emerald Star. She has also earned herself 1 Pendant of Blood, 7 Clusters of Ice, and 2 Scrolls of the Master. On top of all that, she wrote a fiction piece of 1,043 words that told of James Malum's and Angel Snow's promotion to Knighthood for the whole clan to read. Rasilvenaira, another constant presence within CSP that has gone a considerable amount of time without recognition. Having last been recognized December 19th, 2017.

Since her last recognition she had a brief tenure as Aedile (~2 months) but has consistently participated in 12 competitions, completed 5 ACC battles, and written 3,376 words, and 3 run-ons.

With 3 crescents, 30 Clusters, and 3 recently earned Seals I am confident that a Dark Cross will further encourage Rasilvenaira's engagement with CSP!
