Rayne, the Empress of the Empire, has continued to provide the steady and dependable leadership that Clan Scholae Palatinae has long benefited from. Through her consistent guidance, unwavering commitment, and ever-present support of her members, she has remained a stalwart hand at the helm, ensuring that the Clan continued to thrive both during everyday operations and throughout the challenges of the Great Jedi War.

Leading a Clan through the Brotherhood's premier event requires far more than simply overseeing participation. It demands organization, communication, and the ability to keep members motivated over the course of several demanding weeks. Rayne met those expectations with her customary dedication, helping Scholae Palatinae remain engaged while continuing to lead by example through her own exceptional activity.

During the Great Jedi War, Clan Scholae Palatinae recorded 16 unique participants while averaging more than 37% participation across each phase, ultimately earning 2,052.71 points. Rayne herself contributed an outstanding 297.61 points, accounting for a significant portion of the Clan's overall success and demonstrating her commitment to fighting alongside the members she leads.

That level of dedication extends well beyond the war itself. Since her last award, Rayne has participated in an impressive 165 competitions, earning 73 Crescents and 330 Clusters across a wide variety of activities. She has also organized a remarkable 106 competitions during that same period, providing countless opportunities for members across the Brotherhood to participate, compete, and remain engaged. Her willingness to invest so much of her own time into creating experiences for others is a testament to her enduring commitment to the community.

Rayne has once again demonstrated the qualities that define an exceptional Consul: steadfast leadership, outstanding personal participation, and an unwavering dedication to the success of her Clan and the Brotherhood as a whole. With the Great Jedi War now behind us, I am proud to recommend that she be awarded the Ruby Scepter in recognition of her outstanding service.
