The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves. Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t. Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. He was Tetrarch of Prophecy Phyle for most of the war, and spurred them into an activity flare that I have not seen in the team during my many months leading House Qel-Droma. As a leader, he stepped up at just the right time, and proved critical to the war effort. Much of his activity was focused on the writing aspects of the war. He was one of Arcona's foremost battleplan authors, and without his military expertise the Arconan squad would have floundered. The following is his list of requirements that have been completed. Spent four weeks at Protector, logged onto IRC and visited his Clan channel, completed his Order exam, participated in well over five competitions, completed a very detailed and widely renown Wiki article, qualified for the ACC, completed the ACC Initiates exam and his new Character Sheet, and completed 5 pages of fiction through-out his period as Protector. Not an easy thing to do in a month, but Kant has kept it steady, and kept it strong. His recent Great Jedi War performance is what topped him over the edge to qualify for this promotion, and I'm not sorry he did. Congratulations Kant, you've earned it.
