Sterling ACC efforts in both weeks. While Legorii's record, stripped of context, might not seem like much, I would like to stand still at the things he has done this week. While he lost both of his Taldryan matches, several of his opponents were themselves highly skilled (Halcyon and Sharad, respectively), and Muz specifically noted how close those matches were. Similarly, Legorii faced down both Shikyo and Manji last round -again, no slouches at the ACC. I will note that Manji, specifically, had not yet lost a match this GJW despite having fought six of them. Until he fought Legorii. Legorii also impressed me with his punctuality. He never needed to be told when or how or what to post: He'd simply do it, get it read, submit, and get on with the next match. This discipline proved exceptionally useful in fighting both Taldryan and CNS, and I heartedly commend him -even if we didn't win.
To achieve a high-end merit medal is an award that people strive to collect in the Brotherhood. It takes an elite type of person to achieve such a medal. This is the last merit medal, some believe crosses the bridge to Sacrificial Awards, that is why it is my privilege to recommend Legorii a Grand Cross due to his hard work and dedication to the clan.
Ever since being appointed to the position of Quaestor, Legorii was motivated and pushing the House to new limits, getting members active and working to achieve the best for this clan. He was in constant contact with his Battle Team Leaders, making sure that they were active and motivating their teams, working with them on achieving their full potential, as well as working with his Aedile making sure he was keeping up to date with all tasks that required completion. He served diligently for no less than 8 months and executed the duties of his office such as reports, rewarding his members and running competitions efficiently and with little fuss.
Legz has also shown his activity during this most recent RoS, taking part in the ACC team. Posting on time, with quality posts, his help and dedication helped see the clan take fourth place overall. As well as doing this he has been active and proving himself time and time again, that is why I believe Legz is a worthy candidate for a Grand Cross of the Dark Side.
This clan appreciated all the work you have done for your house, as well as the work you have done during the RoS, Congratulations Legz this medal is well deserved.
Celahir Erinos, Quaestor, House Qel-Droma

This reward is well overdue, in my opinion. Iâd wanted to hold off rewarding him until after the RoS to try and boost up the reward, however whenever I do this it always feels like Iâm cheating the members of a speedy âthanksâ and general recognition of the months and months of hard work theyâve put into the clan and the brotherhood in general. Lego was not a yes man as my Quaestor. He was not someone to sit by idly when he saw something that needed doing, and it proved quite a challenge to teach him the subtle art of delegation, as he was so hyper-active that it was often quicker for him to just whatever needed doing himself rather than wait for timezone differences and get his staff to assist him. He took on a titanic workload during the last GJW, assuming the mantle of QUA halfway through it and slotted in without even a single trip up. He always Always told me exactly what he thought, even if it conflicted with my own opinions, yet it was always with Arconaâs best interests at heart. Lego will one day run this clan â Iâve said it time and time again, and I truly believe it. Heâs got the drive, the ambition and through the Entars, the connections. He definitely deserves recognition for the hundreds of hours heâs put into Arcona. Well done, Lego.
For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Shadesworn within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.
Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t.
Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. I am, however, extremely proud of every member whom helped shape the documents and gave it their all.

Medal Request: Steel Cross
Archpriest Legorii Kryotek Entar (8893)
Legorii is one of those exceptional members. The kind you fleetingly see as 'young potential' before they are rapidly thrust into leadership within the Brotherhood and forged by the chaotic nature of it all. Then, in seemingly no time at all, they have become a cornerstone to the future of a Clan and the pillar of a House.
Since his last elevation, over five months ago, Legorii has collected seventy two (72) Clusters of Fire, five crescents (Cr-E, 3 Cr-S, Cr-A) and two (2) Scrolls of Foundation. In addition, he has served as the authority of House Qel-Droma for those five months, too. In that time, he has released ten reports and facilitated numerous competitions through his Aedile (Sanguinius).
As a Quaestor, he has tremendous tenacity. Legorii may be young, but he has a clear set of objectives and is evolving his vision to attain those goals every day. A large portion of his time is spent working with his Aedile. The pair share notes, ideas and Legorii provides direction as the pair continues to grow together. In fact, during my Dark Brotherhood career, I have never seen two leaders whom shared the same vision and executed as the way this pair does. I give a large portion of credit to the Quaestor for having a core set of beliefs and sticking to them. His constant contact with members (reports, e-mails, irc, etc), his vision (long-term goals, small projects, etc), and reputation (fiery, young leader) leave him far ahead of any Quaestor in the Dark Brotherhood.
I can only hope other leaders - within Arcona and out - look to Legorii for the playbook on how a Quaestor should conduct their affairs, coach their people and invigorate their member's activity. Congratulations, Legorii. You have most certainly earned your first Steel Cross.

In addition, the House Leaders were required to provide specific visions to their new Team Leads, help shape Team proposals, refine those proposals and present them before the Clan Leaders - Dash & I. It took over a month, but we finally reached pay dirt. Congratulations, guys.
