Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year. Since Reaver Tra'an Reith di Plagia’s last recognition, this veteran of Clan Plagueis has an enduring presence when it comes to participating where it matters. That is evident in his contributions during both the Pro Bowl and the GJW last year. In the Pro Bowl he participated in 9 competitions, helping his team out greatly. Then in the GJW he contributed to the advancement to 2nd place for Clan Plagueis, by participating in 4 competitions, thus earning himself 4 Seals of Transcendence. All together with those competitions and a few others, Tra’an has 15 competitions under his belt, along with 11 Cluster’s of Fire, and 3 Cluster’s of Graphite. That’s not all however, with all of this activity he ranked up in 3 of the Brotherhoods Societies, those being: rank 4 in the ACC, rank IV in the Shroud Syndicate, and rank X in the GMRG. For all of his continued contributions to Clan Plaguies, he is more than deserving of this Grand Cross, one of many awards to come in his continued Brotherhood career.

Has it really been nine years since Tra'an got a sac? What? WHAT? Tra'an has spent much of the past decade as the guy that was always here for the Ascendant Clan whenever it asked. Clan Feud? He's here. Great Jedi War? Check. Rite of Supremacy? For sure. He has been the quintessential di Plagia, making sure to honor the call no matter what is going on in his life. This was most recently demonstrated during the recent Plagueis vs Taldyran event where he made contributions to the Plagueian victory. He has amassed the requisite XP (and then some) to have been rewarded with this Sapphire Blade, and it gives me great pleasure to bestow it upon him. He was the leader that was there at the dawn of the modern iteration of our Clan, and the reason that I came to Plagueis in the first place. Congratulations my friend.
